I had my hair bleached and styled by Libby and cut by Roland. 10/10 service and such kind staff. My damaged, split hair now looks and feels absolutely stunning. I would recommend to anyone.
Overall a lovely, pampering experience, will definitely be coming again.

Rosie is an excellent Hairdresser. She always gives good advice when suggesting a style after listening to what is working and not working with my hair

Really good service. I’m a man with long hair, and Mollie did a really nice job of restyling it, especially considering I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted done with it. Will definitely be coming back

Booked as a treat for myself after using mobile hairdressers for a long time. Booked as a model but was treated very professionally and given a really lovely salon experience even during covid times. Offered drinks and food and had an extra treatment which worked wonders for my hair. The colour and cut are fab. Will return as soon as money allows.

I visited the salon on the morning of an event to celebrate my 60th birthday. Roland took a great deal of trouble with the blow dry to make it look ready for the day and that little bit more glamorous. I had advised him that I only wanted a slight trim and thoughout the cut he checked that I was happy with the amount he was cutting off. Many thanks Roland.

On first impressions, the place was immaculate, and I was greeted by Alicia, & Martha, both of whom were so welcoming.
My hair is MASSIVE!!- and I'd pre warned my stylist of this!- but as an apprentice stylist, Alicia perservered!!- (as my hair is a work out in itself!!? ) and she was also given advice and help by both Martha, and Rosie, who encouraged Alicia, and did it in a constructive and friendly manner, thus helping her achieve a result , I was very happy with!- so a huge thank you to your fab team!- ( not forgetting young Katie) - who served me drinks from the unbelievably well stocked bar area, and then later, carefully rinsed my colour off, - again...chatting to me, and helping the other girls with whatever they needed fetching? -

Mollie explored with me ideas for my wedding hair. Supported me to see outside my usual comfort style and in stages helped me to get used to the ideas. The end result was better than I could ever of dreamt. I felt so comfortable with the look and as a result completely confident throughout the day. Usually I don’t like looking at myself in pics but actually I love them. Thank you so much Mollie. You are a magician when it comes to hair. You made my day even more special.

I was welcomed by Libby and she immediately made me feel confident as she expertly advised me on my requested change of colour with foils and tint I was also given a strengthening treatment which was well done. Roland cut and styled my hair and we both agreed the colour had turned out extremely well. I was delighted and left the salon after making my next appointment with Libby and Roland feeling very happy

This was my first time in a salon the whole experience was amazing with really friendly staff.

As always, my appointment started bang on time. Roland really listened to my style wishes and cut it as brilliantly as ever. It was lovely to have a cup of tea in the pre-Covid method- cup, saucer, milk jug and tea pot; it was also good to see newspapers and magazines back in the salon along with full list of drinks etc. It felt almost ‘normal’ and was a great start to the day. Thank you Roland and the team.

I didn't want to leave a negative review at all as Martha was lovely. My expectations were likely too high. I usually have my hair cut at home but wanted to treat myself. I was a customer of RJ in the past and always enjoyed the salon extras like a head massage. I wasn't offered this. I booked a graduate stylist to keep the cost down at £38 but I wish now I'd paid the extra. My blow dry was painful and left my hair looking frizzy and on inspection this morning a section looks longer than the other side.
I'm sorry to leave a negative review and as I said, Martha was lovely and I apologise if my expectations were too high for the price I paid.

Once again, from the minute you step in, to the moment you leave, you are treated as if you are number 1. ALL the staff are welcoming, friendly and utterly professional. In terms of customer service, you won’t beat this place anywhere. Hair cutting was brilliant and they are not happy until you are totally happy! Well done to all especially Hannah and Roland. Thank you.
