Rosie coloured and cut my hair and really has done an amazing job. My already difficult hair was really struggling after the lockdowns and she took so much care today to get everything right for me and has transformed my hair. As a customer you really feel so pampered and looked after. It is like a spa experience coming here and the atmosphere and customer service are outstanding in such a lovely salon. I really enjoy coming here and feel very lucky that we have a salon like this so near us. Thank you so much to Lynne, Rosie and everybody for today, Very happy

I was on holiday and decided I wanted to have my hair cut short. Roland did my hair and made me feel fantastic. What a great haircut. Just wish I lived in Warminster so I could continue going there. I would highly recommend.

I always feel pampered at this salon but today I had a fantastic colour from Libby, the best shampoo ever from Holly, and a lovely blow dry from Roland. I have been a customer for 20 years and never had a bad experience.

It's always a little scarey going to a new hairdresser, I needn't have worried.. Rosie coloured my hair to perfection and Roland cut and shaped it beautifully. Would I recommend Roland John.....oh yes, definitely!!! What a fab salon!

The people here are lovely and they make you feel welcome however I feel my hair could have been better for what was paid.

From the moment that you step into the salon the staff make you feel special. My stylist Libby talked through what I wanted my hair like and then washed my hair. They use great products and they smell amazing. They have an amzing choice of drinks. When the cut, blow dry and style were over I felt like a princess.

Wow!! Absolutely amazing service!! Martha was brilliant!! She always made sure i was okay and after 4 and a half hours of her doing my hair it turnt our 1000 times better than I would have thought! Thankyou so much for the amazing service will definitely be coming to you again!! Brilliant work!!!

Great colour and finish with the special extras we know and love the salon for still in evidence - albeit COVID safe versions - despite the restrictions. A happy return!

I was super impressed with Libby - she was really knowledgable and friendly. I’ve been to a few hairdressers in Warminster and Bath and she was by far the best I’ve seen. She made me feel very at ease with her confidence in what she was doing, and the end result was fab! I felt like a new woman!! Everyone else in the salon that I spoke to were also very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be recommending the salon and Libby to my friends.

Just to say what an absolute pleasure it was to visit Roland John earlier this week for my post lock down hair appointment! I couldn’t wait and I was not disappointed....The atmosphere in the salon is wonderfully professional and you really do feel a valued client. Mollie’s cutting and styling skills really are to be complimented along with her advice and colouring technique. I am quite a new customer and I must say I am delighted with the results and am very much looking forward to returning again soon. Thank you all!

First visit so wasn't sure what to expect. Arrived on time and was seated upstairs. Liked the interior look. Of course, being just 1 week out of lockdown, the salon was very busy! Told my hairdresser that I was considering a new style because my hair was so much longer but this seemed to fall on deaf ears. Having told her I washed my hair that morning (saving her at least 10 mins) she grabbed a spray water bottle to dampen my hair and began to cut. Explained that my hair is dead straight but grows extremely thick in many places. Having requested a good short hair stylist I did not get the impression that she was overly-experienced. Had to ask 4 or 5 times for more thinning on top at which point she relented to getting a pair of thinning scissors. Eventually I gave up as she seemed to want to get me out of the chair asap. Can't recall ever having such a rushed experience at a salon! Had to ask her for a mirror to show me the back of my hair. Though I had mentioned I use wax or gum for texturising finish, she covered me with hairspray. Made no attempt whatsoever to brush me down (or use hairdryer) to get rid of all the hair on my face, neck, clothes before I left. Took my payment without even bothering to ask if I would like to book in again (though I'm not sure what I would have said!)
Rookie errors all round really and she did not seem to know how to engage with the client (me). I think pairing me with a more senior associate is highly advisable if you do want my business again.

Great service. It was my firts haircut with John and was much better than I expected. Very profesional. I´ll go again. 100% recomended.

This is the best cut and colour I’ve had for years! For the first time in years I walked out of my hair appt not needing a hood to hide the poor cut or poorly blow dried hair. Thank you Mollie
