I really enjoyed my 1st visit/experience at Roland John hairdressers today. Right from the start of making the appointment over the phone they put my mind at ease. I've recently moved to Wiltshire which meant coming away from my usual hairdresser & having to find a new one. Having 3 attempts elsewhere I was pretty nervous of having to try another one. They said that they would put me in safe hands with Amy. I was made very welcome as soon as I stepped in the door which helped alot with my nervousness. You maybe thinking I'm going a bit over the top with my review on being soo worried... I can now say that I needn't of been that worried as I really was in safe hands with Amy & the inviroment. Everyone was soo nice & made me feel relaxed & welcome.

Roland rang me and brought forward my appointment, so it didn’t fall in the forthcoming national lockdown. I was delighted. My appointment was at 0600- but I wasn’t his first client of the day! As always, my hair has been cut beautifully, and I am impressed by Roland’s efforts to keep his clients happy during these uncertain times. Thank you so much to you and the Team, and very best wishes to you all. Hope to be back at the Salon in December.

I contacted the team to see if I could get a last minute appointment and they were so accommodating. The team were so friendly on arrival, the salon is lovely and they did a really good job with my highlights, I’m so pleased.

My hair was desperate for a colour and o was so lucky my appointment was before lock down.
My hair was looking tired and my fringe had grown out.
Martha discussed the best options to freshen it up and my fringe is back ok. As always Martha was friendly, professional and a pleasure to be around.

Very warm and welcoming experience. Hannah listened carefully to instructions and cut my hair into a stylish fashion that I like. I also bought a lovely wax that holds my thick hair and smells divine!! Thankyou.

I am your typical nightmare client. I have a health condition which affects growth. Today I found people who not only listened but also understood. I walked out loving my hair, that is a rare experience for me. I'm so happy it looks and feels great. Plus I've learnt a couple of useful things about myself which may help keep my hair a little happier. I've booked my next appointment and am looking forward to it already.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at the salon, even amidst a pandemic and social distancing. I felt well looked after and in very safe hands. All staff were COVID conscious and cleaning routines were strictly adhered to. Mollie is a Confident and competent stylist. Her extensive knowledge and approachable nature meant I got a fantastic result.- even better than I hoped for. I will definitely go again.

As a model for Libby, it being my first time, I was a little bit nervous but once I stepped into the salon, the lady at the door was lovely and show me up to room, had a lovely cup of tea. I had my hair up in a bun but once I was with Libby and took it out, I think Libby was shocked at how thick it was. I felt very relaxed and she asked me what I usually do with it and what I would like, as my hair grows very quickly, I had about 3/4 inches taken off and had layers put it, too reduced the thickness, the finish was lovely, even the hubby liked it. Libby was very professional in everything, talking through things and asking for help when she needed it, I loved it, I even said if every she needs me again, I would come back. Good luck Libby

I have very thick curly hair which can worry a lot of stylists but Amber did a great job restyling and Roland gave some really good advice and tips for curly haircare too. Will definitely be returning! Thank you.

I came in as a model for Alicia and left feeling amazing! She gave me the best haircut I’ve had in such a long time and gave me recommendations on the best products to help with some problems I had with my hair.
She made me feel welcome and at ease and was lovely to have a conversation with while having my hair washed and cut.
I had my young baby with me and she made sure we were both accommodated for. I had to breastfeed half way through my haircut (which couldn’t of been easy for Alicia to work around) but she did it with no problem at all.

Fantastic experience and I was left feeling incredibly happy with my new hair!
