Pleased with my colour and cut as usual thanks Amy lovely job ?

This was my first visit. The staff were very welcoming, followed all the covid rules, had a fab selection of beverages. My stylist, Libby, was fantastic. She understood my needs and what I wanted to achieve. I love my colour and can’t wait to go back for a cut.

All the staff are friendly and helpful and they do a great job in difficult (due to Covid) circumstances.

Lovely experience. Not usually brave enough to have more than an inch taken off but Libby knew exactly what she was doing to take it a little shorter and add in layers and regularly checked in with her trainer, who was full of positive feedback. Very pleased with my hair and left the salon feeling amazing and walked down the high street swooshing my lovely new hair style. Thanks Libby.

My first visit to Roland John and I couldn't be happier. Roland is a perfectionist and cut my hair beautifully. He has a rigorous Covid protocol in place but didn't let it get in the way of the haircut or our conversation.

Mollie advised me what would work for my face shape and my hair. She encouraged me to have more cut off than I had previously intended but understood the reasonjng behind it. Very pleased with the result.

Hannah is a great stylist always listens to you and makes me feel great after a cut or a colour takes her time to listen to you thank you Hannah

Brilliant, lovely and friendly. Allowed someone to cut my fringe (oops) then rang up looking for someone to salvage it. Rosie did a great job! She also advised on my colour and was very knowledgeable.

I’m so happy with the haircut mollie has done for me, it’s the best cut I’ve had in years. I was nervous about my hair as recently I’ve had a hair disaster, but mollie put me totally at ease. Looking forward to going back for my colour.

Excellent professionally and covid wise

Exceptional customer service during my visit and other staff on the afternoon given the above and beyond the service kindness. Professional service. The quality of the experience should be commended for time spent in salon .i was give the care and compassion, during the time spent there felt safe and secure I am a clinically extremely at risk person who has been sheilding and just getting out in the selective way well done to you all girls dx hair absolutely delighted with cut and colour really did not think the hairdressers could do such a good job on hair as was in a bad condition.

Millie was very attentive and listened to everything I wanted so I came away with my hair looking just as I had imagined. Excellent covid precautions in place. Lovely drinks. Thank you.

Excellent experience

I had a cut, half-head highlights and a treatment with Alicia and she did a brilliant job. The safety precautions in the salon were very thorough. I am very pleased that I chose to have my hair done here.

I think holly is very skilled and was amazing at keeping the conversation flowing whilst still concentrating . She also made me feel very welcome and I was very impressed at the condition and length of my hair at the end of my visit and definitely will be getting my hair done by her again .

This was my first time to Roland’s Salon, however not my last! A really well set up salon, both stunning & really well prepared for post-virus protection. Mollie managed me & my expectations honestly & professionally. After a rainbow of colours from lock-down home care! I absolutely love my hair & will 100% go back to Mollie for continuous treatments.

Didn’t really know what I wanted for the colour but Martha and the girl supervising her were lovely and chose something I’m really happy with. Martha did a great cut and nice to have the choice of having your hair curled
