My second visit to see Martha. My hair was certainly looking tired and had lost its style. Martha’s consultation chat was brilliant and she knew exactly the style I was looking for and set my mind at ease. The end style looked amazing and my hair looked healthier than ever and the style is amazing I have had so many compliments already. Will definitely be seeing Martha again very soon ?

Mollie was superb as usual and made whole salon experience relaxing and a real treat. She did a beautiful cut of my (very wild and wavy) hair and we had a lovely chat at the same time. Really good to have RJ back open.

I was wondering what my appointment would be like with all the new safety measures in place. Roland’s saloon has always been about the full experience as well as the results. The staff did everything they could, safely within the boundaries to recreate the atmosphere that brings me back, year after year.

First visit after lockdown and a bit apprehensive, but I was very quickly put at ease by Amber, whom I thought was incredibly professional n efficient, explained everything to me clearly and made sure I was happy. I am very pleased with my hair colour n cut n enjoyed my visit. Thank you so much Amber, it feels great to have my hair done again at last !

Any made us feel like human beings again with great haircuts for my husband and me. We felt very COVID safe at the Roland John salon. Everyone wore PPE and we were put in a small room so my husband and I could be our own ‘bubble’ a good experience.

Haven’t felt this happy for a long time! Mollie pampered me and kept my very chatty and excited twin daughters under control with her kindness and interest. I left with a haircut I hoped I’d get! Fresh, healthy and simple! This is not a treat I can often enjoy as a Carer and stay at home mum but I know we will visit one day again - mainly because the little ones would like a haircut too ?

Amber was a pleasure to be sat with, cut was fab and even colour!! Wasnt the easiest colour to change but she did it bless her, bit darker than i wanted BUT 5 hours later and im not half orange anymore!

A 5 star service as always, thank you Amy.. We sat upstairs in our family bubble which was convenient, relaxing and safe. Both salon and staff all Covid safe and procédures in place. See you next time! Xx

We had Rosie and Hannah dealing with our colours. It was a fantastic and relaxing morning for me and my daughter - our first hair cut. Excellent cut and colour fur both of us. The salon felt very safe - so glad to be back.

Following a consultation with Roland about some changes I wanted to make to my hair . Roland made me an appointment with him later that week .
I felt I was in very skilled hands and I was overwhelmed with the finished result - absolutely perfect bob.
All the ladies working there were so friendly and gave me some ideas to try in the future.
Also Roland was very generous and gave me plenty of good size samples of products he recommended for my hair.
I have rebooked and look forward to going in September.

Simply wonderful to have a hair cut and colour after lockdown. They were brilliant rearranging appointments from March and fitting us in while ensuring everything was safe. Hair cut and colour are brilliant and left me swooshing down the street afterwards!

First haircut and colour since before lockdown..... but I was made to feel safe and comfortable and welcome as always, great colour, fantastic cut!

From the moment I stepped in to the salon to the moment I left I was treated like I was the only person in the salon. The salon has changed its policies due to COVID, but it was all very safe.
