Had a lovely appointment today with Libby who dyed my hair to perfection and cut from Roland who gave my hair the refresh it so desperately needed! A massive thank you to the team for fitting me in so last minute especially in these crazy times. Really happy with my fresh cut and colour. Thank you!

I brought forward my appointment by ten days so a different stylist cut my hair. Tash was great. She really listened to what I said, gave advice and cut my hair well. She was polite and had good conversation with me during the appointment. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much Tash.
It was also very reassuring to see what lengths Roland and the team are going to, to ensure cleanliness and good hygiene routines during these difficult days. Thank you to all for your hard work.

My first time at this salon, and I’ll definitely be returning. I don’t have a lot of beauty treatments so this is my only bit of pampering and it really felt like it. Mollie was great, she really listened to what I wanted and offered her advice, and I loved the result. I will definitely be rebooking.

Great consultation followed by precision cut!

I’ve been having my hair cut and coloured at the salon for nearly 12 years. This is my first review. Not because of any other reason than I did not take the chance to review my experience. I have consistently had good hair cuts, colouring and enjoyed my time at the salon. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you are made comfortable and well looked after. Roland rubs a tight ship, making sure everything is in order and every customer is getting the best service. Mollie coloured my hair the last few times and I am very pleased with it. Others have throughout the years and they too have always done it well. Roland always cuts my hair and I am more than happy. I recommend the salon to my friends and family..

I visited the Salon recently for a full head tint and left unsure about the actual brand of colour that they use. The staff is very friendly and helpfull and I can certianly not complain about the customer service I received.

For some reason the Aveda products (which is good products) really dries out my hair and also my hair just doesn't seem to take to the colour very well. This is even after I had a conditioning treatment applied. I did go home and wash and condition my hair when I got home.

The Salon is really lovely but I probably won't be visiting again purely because I dont like how the Aveda makes my hair feel.

Dont let my experience with the products put you off as it is worth visiting them.

I'm really pleased with my haircut! Martha had her work cut out as it had been 2 years since my last cut but she has done a marvellous job and I'm so happy with it! Already my hair looks and feels 1000% better!

I’ve just had an amazing experience at Roland John with Natasha.....again. She works really hard to give me the colour and style I want with such a fantastic personal touch. From the moment someone takes your coat when you arrive to the moment someone hands you your coat back as you leave you are treated as though your hair is the most important thing.. From the welcome the moment I walked in, the staff are always so attentive and lovely. I always look forward to my appointments here as it is such a lovely atmosphere to relax and unwind. Rosie was a superb stylist and did such a great job with my hair. She was really good during the consultation, talking everything through. I would highly recommend her! The rest of the staff are fab as well, all working extremely hard to keep the saloon looking spotless!
