I'm not a keen hairdresser goer, and rarely take time out for myself, but Mollie put me at ease straight away, and chatted enough but not too much! Very complimentary which is nice for a treat and came out with a fab haircut too. Thank you Mollie, I will try to remember your name for my next 6monthly visit!

From the moment I entered the door Martha was attentive and helpful.
My cut and colour were spectacular with the lovely stylist, Millie, she discussed every move.
The consideration and care during the appointment was great, it cannot be faulted.
Once again Martha made herself aware so if needed she was able to help.

Rosie kindly fitted me in as Amy was unwell. She, Amber and Holly had had a busy day coping on their own I think but they were in good spirits and Rosie did a good job.

I had a lovely relaxing experience at the salon, lovely drinks, wonderful hair wash and fantastic hair cut. My hair looks so healthy and it’s exactly the cut I wanted. I got some of the shampoo too as a treat and it’s really good. My hair is shiny and soft with bounce. I’d definitely recommend the salon and products.

Wonderful visit as usual! Colour and cut by Mollie and came out looking like a new woman.

Hair color great by Molly. Had moisturizing treatment. I forget with who... Hand massage by one gal was ok, but lots of room for imorivement.
For scalp massage, the other gal asked how hard I liked it, which I said I liked it strong pressure. But it just didn't feel good. I think she was trying to cover too much scalp at once. All gals were really nice though. Same girl dried my hair that gave scalp massage, which was great.

Finally! after literally years of trying different hairdressers to get my hair to how I wanted with no success that was until today! Rosie was so so lovely and literally transformed my hair to exactly what I’ve been wanting for so long. I also do not have the easiest hair to work with yet she did it so effortlessly. Will definitely be my go to from now on.

Had a free shine treatment, thank you very much.... wash and blow dry, straighten etc. And a fringe trim, all done extremely well and excellent service, wine included, a real January blues treat xx

Hannah is always excellent providing great service with a smile. Today, despite not being well, she still managed to keep that smile and be the brilliant ambassador for Roland John that she always is. A credit to her industry and RJ.

Absolutely wonderful, managed to fit me in at short notice and pampered me with delicious warm croissants, hand massage and a hair treatment. Will definitely return, felt very different to my previous hair salon and lovely and relaxing.

I have never dyed my hair before. Libby picked the best colour! She was very patient and made sure we waited enough time to get the perfect result. I absolutely love it. She was so friendly too.

Hannah is so professional, so friendly and bloody brilliant at cutting my hair. Time and time again I am delighted with my hair cut! The salon itself is a little bit of luxury in Warminster

I have been going to Roland John for many years and while it is not cheap I am a great believer in (so far as hair Is concerned) you get what you pay for. I am not as regular as some clients but you would never know this as I am always greeted warmly by name and, no matter who is doing my hair, meticulous notes are kept so that my colour is just right and the cut is always excellent. I always leave feeling nicely pampered and totally relaxed. Highly recommended!
