I felt very welcomed & very relaxed throughout. Although I was disappointed in not getting my perm done, Olivia explained in great detail why. So my hair is very weak & damaged. Having had a lovely treatment & cut, I left the salon very happy. Hopefully in 6 weeks time I will get the style I want. Thankyou Olivia xx

I came in with horrible matted hair, Olivia looked after me so well as did everyone! Each member of staff was friendly, kind and brilliant at their job. Worth every penny and they saved my hair!!! Wish I lived closer so I could make them my regular.

Thank you to everyone who looked after me today; the salon was very busy but I still felt like I was well looked after. Liv did a fantastic colour for me, for which I’ve had a number of compliments on already. Dreamy hair wash thanks for Faye before Hannah cut my hair perfectly and then Cameron was also lovely and chatty when blow-drying my hair (to help Liv out). I am blown away by the service I received today! From the pressed mango juice and aperol spritz, to the heated towels and head massage, this salon knows how to make their clients feel like kings and queens whilst delivering high end results! Love my hair, thank you X

I get really nervous about coming to the hairdressers but I have now been coming for around 9moths Libby has been amazing with me checking that I’m ok asking me if I would rather sit up stairs and booking appointments when the salon is a little less busy, I have got over my uneasiness a bit now and and coming more regularly! Libby is really understanding with my need to to have too much cut off but enough to make my hair healthy again! The whole team have been amazing and welcoming and I always walk out happy with my cut and now look forward to going! Thank you!!

Amazing service! I managed to pick up a cancellation appointment last minute, as I had stupidly put a box dye on my hair and it looked awful! I can't remember the ladies name who did my hair but she did an amazing job putting it right again! Everyone was so friendly and professional. I'm really happy with the service I received today and I will definitely be booking in again!
