What a wonderful, professional, friendly experience i had with this beaut this morning! I have been coming to Roland John salon for years and have always loved the friendliness of the staff the most as well as the best results. Hannah was really genuine and warm and made me look and feel like a new lady! She even offered me a head and hand massage. (Amber did hand massage, which was lovley, thank you.) I was offered a drink 3 times and was really well looked after. I could not reccomend this salon enough! There is a real family feel to the place which is lovley. Everybody is looking out for eachother whether client or colleague. Great staff, great experience, and beautiful hair results! Thank you all very much! Xxx

Just had a lovely morning at Roland John’s. All the stylist do great hair cuts and colours. I watched some really lovely hairstyles created. Very happy with my cut and colour. Booked my next appointment already. Plus you are truly pampered and made to feel very welcome. Worth the money!

An amazing experience, from entering and leaving. The staff very welcoming and made me feel at ease, as I have had previous bad experiences at other salons. The young lady who Performs neck and hand massage and does a lot of running around for the staff does it with a smile on her face well done her. The salon is so very clean. The staff training is on point from what I could see. A lovely and relaxing time. And Love my hair thank you Mollie.

6 weeks since worse haircut of my life! Asked for trim and showed picture of style I wanted. The crown was cut to under 1” and stood on end for 5 weeks! In my 60’s and wanted conservative modern style. Had to put gel on to keep crown hair flat and just returned from day to Bristol where hairdresser attempted to blend hair on crown with rest of hair... she was shocked it was cut so short and did her best to give me some shape! Roland John was defensive and most arrogant when I suggested they refund me!! The salon in Bristol have said, all being well 2 more trims over next 10 weeks should give me some shape and a style to suit me! My family and friends keep looking at me in disbelief at the mess my hair is! Absolutely gutted and angry!

Once again Hannah has done an amazing job with my hair I went in asking for something totally different colour wise and she was honest about what was achievable and I love the results! The level of service was also at its usual high standard. Thank you x

I’ve recently moved to Warminster and have found the only salon I will ever need! I felt like I could just sit back and let Hannah and the other ladies do what they needed to. The complimentary drinks really made me feel like a million dollars and I think I may be escaping to the salon more regularly just for a bit of pampering! I can’t wait for my next visit already. A lovely atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff and in my opinion I would say this salon is much more high end than any high street salon I’ve seen before. Highly recommend making Roland John your go to place for all your hair needs!!

I am in Warminster on business and following a massage needed a wash and blow dry Amy and the salon were superb and fitted me in without an appointment - superb place and I will be returning

Tried and tested after-care products by Aveda and Joico too, ensuring that my hair is in tip-top condition. Five star treatment all round.

Hannah is a fantastic stylist. She is a hairdresser who actually listens to what I want and does what I ask, adding in her invaluable advice and expertise to give me the hair style I’m looking for. What a star. She is an asset to the salon. Give the girl a pay rise!!

I have been going to RJ for 8 months now and would not go anywhere else! For my first appt I had Roland as I was in desperate need of an experienced professional that would be honest and help me sort out my poor neglected hair. Roland explained what my hair needed and what I need to do to restore my hair to a healthy place. Harriet spent time with me to discuss colours and styles. I was there for hours but was always attended to and pampered with rituals and alcoholic drinks!
Ever since I go regularly (as advised) and always have Harriet! The cut is great and I fully trust her! I can actually relax, which is a novelty! It is pricey but for me it’s worth the money considering the fab service, great cut and natural products used!!

I had a model hair cut and half head of foils . It was £50 and took 5 hours. Hannah supervised and taught the apprentice hairdresser (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name).
Hannah was really clear with her instructions and her expectations of her apprentice and demonstrated what she wanted her to do. They took it in turns to place the foils and Hannah frequently gave her constructive feedback.
The apprentice was also supported by Roland (the manager) with my hair cut.
At all times she was given very direct instructions and feedback.
I’m happy with the service that I received. It took slightly longer than I had expected but I had the time to spend there and wasn’t in a rush so it wasn’t a problem. My only slight criticism is that the apprentice seemed a bit nervous and underconfident and I don’t know whether she’d have felt slightly less nervous if she had been praised a little bit more. (She was given positive feedback but on balance most of the feedback was focused on how she could improve on as that’s the nature of a teaching session).
I’m really happy with my hair cut and I love the colours chosen .

Always a warm welcome, head and shoulder massage, beautiful hair wash, blow dry and straighten. After a stressful week it was so needed... I had my eyes shut most of the time where I was so relaxed. Total pleasurable experience. Not forgetting a delicious glass of red ?
