Roland John Hair Studio

I was welcomed by Roland when I stepped into the salon and handed a full complimentary drinks menu. Mollie, my hairdresser, reassured me through my new hairstyle and was so helpful. Roland himself spoke to me about the salon and I received complimentary gifts, massages and copious amounts of tea (catering for vegans!!) alongside my favourite aveda products. My hair hasn’t looked this good in years, I’m so impressed with my experience today and would highly recommend. It’s a pamper for yourself and worth every penny. I’d only wished it was 5pm so I could hit the complimentary tipples. Thank you all.

Get place to go for Children’s hair. With iPad tv and biscuits. Rosie listens to you and does a brilliant cut.

Tash made me feel like a princess as always, lovely cut and hair feels fab. My daughter came in, who is very anxious about having her hair cut, and Tash did her absolute all to make her feel comfortable and was SO understanding to her needs. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Molly gave me a fabulous complimentary treatment before washing my hair. Roland then cut it and styled it. He does it just how I like it and always listens so I never leave the salon feeling I need to go home & do it again. Wonderful morning as always. Thank you x

I absolutely love the cut, colour and blow-dry that Amber did for me yesterday. My hair looks and feels amazing. Even my husband commented several times on how much he likes my hair...he never usually notices when I've had it done ?

Absolutely amazing experience, from the get go I gave Mollie a difficult task of cutting very long hair half way down my back all the way off to a fantastic short style. No complaints at all Mollie was 100% ready when it came to tackling the difficult task.

I loved being able to book an appointment for such an early hour, when the salon was quiet and so peaceful. A lovely new style and a feeling of being papmered. Just lovely!

"You pay for what you get" Was what the client who Mollie was seeing before me said, and I completely agree with her. Mollie was brilliant, and was experienced with dealing with curly hair & knew exactly how to treat it. I've seen a couple of different stylists at Roland John now & know that the quality and professionalism will always be part of the service. Hair cuts used to feel like a stressful chore to me. Here they feel like a treat.

Exceptional professional service .......from the lass who welcomed me at the door right through to the one who gave me my coat at the end. I travel 35miles to come here and wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else.

Without a doubt every time I go to Roland John I am treated with the best service. Everyone is always friendly and has time to talk to you.
I’ve been having my haircut with Harriet for nearly 5 years now and it’s always a pleasure to have her cut my hair.
She is incredibly talent, extremely nice and just an all round great human.
I can’t recommend her enough.
As well as Harriet being amazing the whole team at Roland John are truly something special.

What a experience!I have never felt so comfortable sitting in a salon. Thee most professional, warm, genuinely caring staff....ever! I find myself looking forward to going back.

All the staff give you plenty of attention, lovely welcome. Hannah had the whole salon under control and I was impressed with the leadership that she adopted. She was also, again, striving to ensure that the ‘Roland John’ experience was second to none - which it was.

***** lovely and very professional but all a bit of a muddle with timings and having to have my hair washed and dried twice!
I was only 5 mins late (and called the day before to warn I would be ) and I felt like I was a nuisance . I definitely didn’t receive the top end service I would expect from a quality salon.

Always love coming to Roland’s for my regular cut and twice yearly colour with Mollie. The salon is beautiful and the menu and complimentary hand or head,neck and shoulder massages are always the icing on the cake for me. My haircut is my treat time where I have no children needing my attention and I always leave feeling so rested, relaxed and utterly in love with my hair.
