At 16 this was my first time at having my hair coloured. Staff were all very welcoming. Hannah explained the whole process and ensured I was happy with the colour, asking me throughout to make sure I ok. The whole experience was amazing. Roland also kept making sure I was ok and engaging in conversation with me. Thank you to everyone who made me feel so at ease!

After recently moving to the area I needed to find a new Salon, I often struggle with social awkwardness and don’t often like new places! My partner purchased a voucher for my birthday so today I ventured to Roland John Hair Studio to have a bit of a pamper.
As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Roland who quickly got me seated and offered me a drink. I was then introduced to Mollie who was extremely polite and friendly and instantly put me at ease.
All the staff were engaging and polite and the atmosphere was lovely.
Mollie worked her magic on my unkempt hair and I left feeling fabulous.
I would highly recommend this place and look forward to taking some time out for myself here again soon.

After a conditioning treatnent and a cut a colour my hair feels so much better- shiny and happy again. Thanks Mollie you do a great job and all the team are welcoming and friendly- wouldn't go anywhere else.

I thought The staff took great care with Amber & I when I came for my model appointment. It showed in Amber’s confidence and vigilant attempt to be supportive of me and what I was looking for in my cut! I appreciated it greatly and it gave me confidence in her and I have a great haircut to show for it! 100% lovely experience that I had. And I had a happy tea which just made me smile (thank you everyone)
