Junior Stylist was very nice, needs to build confidence, and concentrate on the whole cut, cutting one side shorter. Senior Stylist was very professional with her tutoring and correcting the mistakes.

The salon has always been a very friendly place, but is also now looking extra smart, after a recent re-vamp. All the staff are a credit to Roland. The salon also offers the most amazing, complimentary drinks, ranging from delicious coffee, hot chocolate & soft drinks through to wine & cocktails! Highly recommend.

The service at Roland John's is always excellent. The staff make everyone so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The salon has had a great refurb and looks great. The quality of the training is evident, everyone smiles and the wine is chilled! What more could you want? ????

I had my hair cut yester by Amber as part of her training, with Natalie supervising. I had an absoutely amazing time. Im extremely hapoy with the result and look forward to returning. 1

Wonderful service, hair colour good and cut great the only complaint is having hair dye still on my face /forehead when I got home and checked in the mirror as you do. I do have pictures on my mobile should you wish to see them apart from this very very happy.

Amber was very welcoming and helped me decided how short I wanted my hair. With my hair being so thick she thinned it out for me which if never done before and it's amazing my hair is so much lighter

I had the most brilliant morning at Roland john, Amber and Natalie were so nice amber was cutting my hair and Natalie was teaching her, I had the best hair cut ever and with breakfast thrown in.

From the moment I walked in, to when I left, I felt as though I was someone special. The young lady who welcomed me was a great start and Hannah was a brilliant ambassador for Roland John. The haircut was excellent too! All the staff were friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending this salon to anyone. Looking forward to my next visit.

I have been in today for my second appointment with Hannah and once again left really pleased with the results. Hannah talked through my colour thoroughly making sure I was happy and did a great job with my re-style, taking lots of care with my fringe! Looking forward to going back for my next appointment already.

Excellent thank you ladies

I booked an appointment last minute on Monday to have my straw-like hair taken care of (it had been quite a few months since my last cut). As always, it was a great experience from beginning to end at Roland John. The whole team are really friendly and professional, and Harriet always does such a great job of taking my hair from ‘ugh’ to ‘ooh!’.

I went yesterday for my usual appointment.
I always receive excellent service. Everyone is professional and curtious. It is a real treat to be pampered and I always look forward to my visit. Thank you.
