After coming in with a hair disaster the ladies helped me achieve the hair I wanted. The atmosphere is very friendly and I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful haircut as alwsys

There was good attention to detail and consultation regarding the colour and cutting process. I was pleased with the result and the service I received. The downside was a trim and highlights was rather expensive, £120 for a salon outside London. I would recommend Roland John for a good hassle free salon experience.

My daughter and I took full advantage of apprentice training to have colour and cut. This was with Amber, who coped very well with my unconventional request, she took advice from her superiors very well and did an excellent job for us both. The rest of the Salon staff looked after us very well making sure we were well looked after. Thank-you very much

I visited today, and had Yaisa and Hannah doing my hair. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish, they were both so attentive and listened to what I wanted. Yaisa, although a bit nervous, did a great job, and Hannah was a fantastic teacher, really patient and a complete perfectionist. All the other girls were also lovely, professional and caring, you can tell they all take pride in their work place. My yummy iced latte was the icing on the cake! You even get given a drinks menu! Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience, and I will definitely be back. Thank you to all.

Rosie does my hair. She does it just right. Roland John is a very efflcient little salon - always busy - and seems always to be full of happy people - staff & clients - says it all really. I like that :)

Great attention given, to giving the best and most beautiful haircut! Love my hair “spa” days, complete with cocktail.

Only recommendation is for the complimentary hand massage—to be stronger. I’d be willing to pay extra for a stronger massage whilst waiting for my hair color to set.

Booking the appointment the girl on the phone was very friendly. And the young lady that did my hair Amber was lovely very friendly & professional. Normally hate going to a new hairdresser, as you never know what they are like,however it was a lovely experience and would use again. The little samples given to me as I left were a nice touch

Hair coloured by Tash, blow-dried and styled by Roland. I came out of the salon feeling 10 times better than when I entered. I was so well looked after by all of the staff and enjoyed coffee and croissants whilst I had my hair done. The salon refurbishment over the Christmas period is a triumph!
