I have been going to Roland John Hair Studio for many years. The Studio is welcoming and the decor regularly updated. The staff are all friendly and trained to a high standard. Staff stay working for Roland which must be a reflection on him and how he manages and supports the staff. I go there for the hair experience which includes , skills to deliver new hair styles , quality hair products , a variety of beverages and current magazines to read and of course hair which feels fantastic.

This was my first visit to Roland John after a recommendation and it exceeded my expectations. My stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and provided me with amazing advice and suggestions. I was made to feel welcomed and felt so relaxed throughout my whole visit.
I will definitely be back and will also be recommending!

Felt totally pampered today even though the salon was very busy and subtle preparations were going on for the much anticipated refurbishment. Molly was my hairdresser today and was totally professional. I left a very happy customer and will be back in the new year!

This was my first time at Roland John. It was welcoming and friendly. My stylist, Mollie, did a very good job on my hair and was thoughtful and knowledgeable. I have already booked my next appointment.

The complimentary head and shoulder massage turns a cut into a pamper. The cut as usual was just as I wanted.

Sorry it’s taken so long for me to write this review but couldn’t get link to work. Anyway I just wanted to say how much Hannah has grown in confidence just in the few times I have been coming for my cuts. This time she was not only supervising Amber cutting my hair but also supervising another trainee doing a colour and although Hannah said this was stressful she handled the situation really well. Certainly in my case I felt Amber was doing a great job under Hannah’s watchful eye and Amber stopped and waited if she wasn’t quite sure what to do next. Yet again I am very pleased with the result. Hannah you should be proud of how far you’ve come and Amber thank you for a lovely cut. Happy Christmas all and I hope the refurbishment goes well.

I had my hair done today by the lovely Hannah, she really listened to what I wanted and I'm so happy with my colour and cut. It was my second visit and I have booked my third, fab salon, all the staff are lovely and I enjoyed my lattes and croissant!

Hannah did a fantastic job with my colour, I followed her recommendation and it looks lovely. Mollie did a brilliant job with the cut, but then she always does. In 15 years I have never had a less than wonderful experience at Roland John.

What experience I received today having my hair coloured by the lovely Harriet. The salon was buzzing with clients and the staff were happy chatting about there on going salon refurbishment, I can't wait to see it finished. I would recommend Harriet as she's a great hairdresser and very professional.

Following a RTC I have been suffering from whiplash ..... the girls in the salon couldn’t do enough to make sure I was comfortable at all times, gentle hair washing and a lovely massage to make me smile - thank you!! Just what the doctor ordered along with fabulous hair.
