As always a warm welcome I received on arriving, great tasting coffee while I browsed over a good selection of magazines. Lovely & friendly staff.
More importantly Harriet with her absolute expertise gave me a fantastic hair colour, cut & styled exactly how I asked. Thank you very much for your professionalism it is always a real treat coming to Roland John hair studio.

Rosie is an amazing hair dresser..listens to how you want it cut n what colour I would like.very relaxed atmosphere as the staff are so friendly.

mollie did a great job with my hair-both colour and cut and I liked how she styled it- the girl who washed my hair was lovely and did a good job - in fact all the team are really customer focused and warm and friendly - I wont be going anywhere else I always used to hate going to the hairdressers!

As always a lovely professional experience

Roland and his team were just amazing. They managed to make time for me for a very last minute appointment. They were so very professional, kind and caring. They looked after me and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The service was impeccable. I had a full head of highlights, a treatment and a cut and blow dry. All of which was done to a very high standard. I’ve never felt so welcome and relaxed in a hairdressers before. The experience was made completely by the full drinks menu, ranging from soft drinks to wine and cocktails, all of which were complementary. Thank you again Roland and your amazing team. I’ll deifnstely be back and look forward to my next pamper in a months time.

Harriet cut my hair. I really liked her approach and she really took on board what I wanted and I was pleased with the result, very good hairdresser. The other members of staff were very attentive asking if I would like a drink, a head and neck massage and helping me with my jacket and opening the door when I left. I have already made an appointment to come back. Thank you.

I visited this week for my cut and colour and as usual had 5 star treatment. Everyone is so nice but respectful, customer service top notch and I come out feeling a million dollars. Can highly recommend this excellent experience.

Another lovely visit in this salon. Always a pleasant atmosphere that is social and relaxing. Mollie was great!! Happy to recommend this place unreservedly.

The only suggestion I can think to offer after several visits is a massage when conditioning the clients’ hair. My previous Aveda salon did so and it adds a luxurious/pampering element to the visit. It did not take very long, but made a big difference.

Make no mistake Roland John Salon is fantastic and I’ve had no reason/desire to look anywhere else since moving to the area.
