Harriet always turns me from frump to fabulous. Seriously. I walk into your salon feeling bleurgh and I leave not only looking gorgeous, but feeling gorgeous too. She has such talent with colour, her cuts are always spot on and the ways she styles my hair makes me feel a million dollars.

Today Harriet cut my hair as Roland not available. As always my appointment was on time and the salon was clean and tidy.
I don’t usually come into the salon midweek and it was quiet and calm.
Hannah washed my hair and Harriet was very attentive whilst cutting my hair, listening to my opinion.
I’m very pleased with my hair cut. Thank you Harriet and Hannah.

Fantastic visit, I had a complimentary massage as well as their usual amazing complimentary drinks menu - which includes bubbles! All those extras really make a visit here even more enjoyable. My hairdresser Harriet is wonderful, very skilled, friendly and makes you feel so valued, asking about me and remembering what we’d talked about at our last visit (which was more than 6 months ago!) Love this salon, I’ll see you in December!

I always seem to say the same thing, that I receive good, sound advice from Amy and an excellent cut and a good hair wash from Amber. Need I say more, except thank you Amy and Amber.

Having a Polynesian/Melanesiaan hair it’s not always easy finding a Salon that knows how to cut my hair. RolandJohn Gave more than what I paid for. Great haircut. Awesome service with cold drinks to offer in this hot weather. A hair massage to make you feel relaxed and very friendly staff. Thank you thank you.

Amazing the ladies in there make you feel so welcome n listen to how you want it coloured cut.always willing to offer you advice too.

I look forward to visiting the salon, not just because I know I will get a really good haircut but also because I am so well looked after by all of the staff. If I don't feel like chatting they are happy to stay quiet and if I want to chat then there is a decent level of intelligence and some interesting views. This isn't just a hair salon it is a very special place to relax.

A lovely salon that is always relaxed no matter how many clients are in. Very happy with my hair cut and recommended a refreshing coffee over ice to make it even more comfortable in this weather!!

A great visit for my 2 young daughters one of which was her first time getting her hair cut. Hannah was really helpful and patient with the 2 girls and offered some advice on what was best to do . Great service and happy parent and children

Yet again a great colour consultation with Mollie who uses her professional judgement so well to keep my hair looking at its best. Amber did a relaxing treatment which was a lovely addition. It was also great to see Rosie and Lynn providing such wonderful support to trainees. Bravo Roland John for being a place of education for the future.

The condition of my hair is excellent with regular visits to cover the roots I am so happy that the expertise of Harriet and all the well trained staff ensures healthy hair as well as a stylish cut and natural gentle Avida colour that suits me . Once again, another great hair colour and cut. Harriet worked so hard to give me a full head of mixed foils and suggested a change to my cut which I love. All of the staff were thoroughly attentive and the coffee was superb.

Hannah was a diligent, accomplished stylist. Nothing was to much trouble.

Roland cut my hair at 8am because he knows I like an early start. Everything is really clean and fresh and relaxing with beautiful music playing and lots of drinks and snacks

Super haircut from Harriet again. Amber and Hannah were delightful too at the end of a really busy day for them all.

Once again a wonderful service for my 4 year old daughter, at first was a little put off at the price. However, the attention was second to none. She had biscuits, juice and watched CBeebies, as well as a perfect haircut what more could a 4 year old ask for.

I was very grateful that the salon managed to fit me in with such short notice. I had a lovely experience and the staff were very attentive. I am very pleased with my haircut as it can be difficult to style but my hairdresser understood how to cut my hair which many hairdressers have struggled with in the past. I will definitely be returning.
