Roland John Hair Studio

I first had my hair cut by Roland in 1985! On 24th May I returned to the salon after having too leave due to work commitments. 11 years on and the salon is still first class, all the staff are a very competent and friendly Team (Lovely to see Amy still here!) and I had a fabulous colour from Harriet and a great cut from Roland! Such a great welcome back. Looking forward to my next visit! Definitely worth the journey from Bath! A huge "Thank you" to all of you!

Despite going for a complete colour change, the experts at Roland John have yet again given me just the look that I hoped for. Mollie is fantastic at understanding a customer's ideas and I have to mention the great hair treatment that I had yesterday from Amber. Thank you once more to Roland and the team.

As usual I was treated with warmth and fun throughout my hair “do”. For me, it’s a visit to friends and time to catch up on the latest news. Keep doing what you are doing it works well!!!

Amy made a good job of cutting my hair and I’m very pleased with how it now looks.

I received my usual attentive, pleasant attention from Amy and heeded her sound advice on the “new” cut I was having. Perfect result. And again a very good wash from Amber.

I stopped a lady in the street because her hair looked beautifully cut! She kindly told me about Roland - he was great - listened to my rather random ‘likes’ and cut my difficult hair brilliantly!

From booking, to being seated, from consultation, to hair wash. Breakfast is served. The precision cut, the foils, the conditioning treatment. Head massages, the hand massage. Delicious refreshments. Hair styled. Wow! Look at me!

Would like to say thank you to Harriet that did my hair I absolutely loved it so did my husband thank you to the girls that kept making me tea definitely would recommend to friends and family staff was all friendly and I felt my hair wasn’t rushed it still looks good today thank you again everyone

Harriet not only did a fantastic job on my hair being so professional when having to deal with staff and rearranging appointment's due to a member of staff off ill she just took it in her stride she continued to do my hair and delegated too other members of staff Roland can rest knowing he has a very professional Time ❤️X

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. All the girls are just wonderful. Pheobe did a amazing cut and will have a customer in me for life now.
I was sadly in a slight panic at the end about my online banking app on my phone, that i forgot to tip!!!! I'm gutted!! Will be back again soon tho, possibly to add some colour to my hair!!

What a lovely experience! Hannah was aware I was nervous having not had my hair dyed before . Hannah and her colleagues were caring and thoughtful.

Excellent advice. Great colour and very relaxing head and hand massage as part of the conditioning treatment.

The staff were friendly and courteous at all times.

Mollie is a very good stylist and listened to what I wanted. She made some good recommendations, regarding style and best products to use.

The girls did a fabulous job with my hair. It took hour and they were all very patient. It came out beautifully. It was nice to see the owner out on the floor working too. Very good service, will be back.

I have never had a poor experience with this salon. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional and have clearly been trained to a high standard. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave. Obviously more expensive than nipping down the local barbers....but you get what you pay for!

Rosie is a credit..always listens n willing to offer advice about hair styles n colour ,loving my cut n colour.

I had my hair cut and highlighted for the first time today by Harriet. The result is superb and her attention to my wishes was fantastic. I’m embarrassed to say that I can’t recall the name of the apprentice who washed my hair but she did a great job too.

I have been going to this hairdressers for many years. It is my treat. Staff are all great and very professional. Always pleased with the final look
