Once again had a brilliant hair style from Harriet great service from her colleagues.

Fantastic service as always. Staff exceptionally polite and attentive. Very professional stylists. Never feel nervous about the outcome. Very pleasurable experience.

Phoebe took the time to ask me in depth what colour I wanted and was very knowledgeable about the products.
She was professional and friendly provided lovely coffee and relaxing hand massage. I’m extremely pleased with the colour it really suits me, yet again a wonderful pamper at Roland John and thanks you phoebe you are an asset to this fabulous salon.

My wife popped in initially to take some details of the salon and commented on how helpful everyone was in her short interaction.

Having used an Aveda salon in salisbury before we moved I was happy to try Roland John and overall was not disappointed.

The girls (Harriet and Hannah) were very polite, professional and chatty. The salon was very well kept and despite the weather and having previously been busy all the girls were in good spirits!

I was disappointed to have so much of my hair inside my top however, and had to strip off in the car park to rid myself of the cuttings! I didn’t notice my collar had not been tucked in at the front and so I drove home in my jumper! A small point on an otherwise perfect visit - I won’t hesitate to go back and recommend them whole-heartedly!

The service is always spot on, all the team are nice and normal friendly, not over the top. I have seen 3 different stylists and always been happy with end results. I would fully recommend!!

Been here a few times and they are just wonderful.
Rosie cut my hair this time, adding layers and getting it just how I wanted it.
They were very busy this time, but the same great service as a weekday.

Love my trips to Roland John, been a loyal customer for years and always happy with cuts and colouring with first Amy K and more latterly Harriet. Great selection of Aveda products, drinks and now delicious croissants if you’ve missed breakfast. Staff even brought me an iPhone charger when my phone ran out of juice! Highly recommended.

I came in for a wash and blow dry and had a wonderful experience. I left the salon extremely relaxed and so happy with my hair. I was getting compliments all day.

I felt that the hairdresser (Harriet) asked me in depth how I wanted my hair cut and styled which was good. When she was styling my hair she was explaining how I should do it at home so I felt confident when I style at home. I also liked the complimentary massage at the start. Overall, a nice experience.

The best raffle prize I have won. Mollie was fantastic, very helpful engaging and knowledgeable. I felt very pampered. The latte, croissant and lovely hand massage made this a fantastic experience. I wish I'd had a glass of wine though. Everyone was so friendly and I never felt that awkward feeling that you sometimes get in a salon. I have had fantastic comments about my hair. Hannah gave me a great precision haircut and was very diligent and caring. She gave me a lovely shoulder and head massage and copious amounts of tea/coffee. The salon is warm and attractive and the staff are all very friendly. A relaxing experience representing great value for money.

Roland is a master when it comes to cutting my fine hair. I can highly recommend this gem of a studio. High standards, quality products and excellent attention to customer care.

The service provided at Roland’s salon is wonderful. I have been having my hair styled there for 28 years and the stylists listen to what you want and do their utmost to carry out your wishes. The salon is clean, tidy and a relaxing place to visit. All the staff are pleasant and welcoming. There is an excellent range of complimentary refreshments. All in all, a great salon providing a professional service.

The salon makes you feel extremely welcome and my stylist, Natalie, I cannot recommend enough. Brilliant cut, brilliant colour - the best hairdresser I have ever had. The overall experience is wonderful with plentiful complementarity drinks (and even croissants). Roland knows all of his customers and makes a point of personally welcoming you.

I was a little nervous after making the decision to have a cut by a trainee but also understand the need for people to practice on and I must say I am very pleased with the cut and style I left the salon with. Everyone was very friendly and put me at my ease. Hannah has done a lovely cut under the guidance of Roland and I am sure as her training goes on her confidence will develop. I am looking forward to returning in a few weeks to see how Hannah has progressed. In the meantime I have a much more modern , easy care style which I am very happy with.

This hair salon has all the attributes of a high class salon but most importantly it has friendly, well trained staff who do a great job.

I had such a great time at Roland John. It was my first time and I will definitely be going back. All of the staff were so lovely and attentive and I was made to feel at ease straight away. I had a consultation with Harriet who listened to my hair woes and gave good advice about what cut would be best for me. I was offered a complimentary head, neck and shoulder massage by Phoebe before my hair was washed, and a hand massage whilst the conditioner was taking hold as well as free drinks, and the offer of a croissant all made my experience feel like a special pampering treat rather than a hair cut. I didn’t go for a drastic restyle but I am so happy with the cut! I massively appreciated the extra care that Harriet took to get my fringe just right, and the extra time to curl my hair so wonderfully. I can’t wait to visit again.

Everything was good, in my opinion it is over priced.
