Hi Claire, your review is disappointing although you have said that you had a good cut & colour! Rosie is a nice girl as you say and is on the chatty side but she doesn't mean to come across as a gossip. It was our first year apprentice, Amber, who did your wash at the basins and she would like to apologise if you felt she used too much pressure and I have reminded her to ask clients if the pressure is suitable - had you mentioned this to her at the time she would have been more gentle. We would like to query your comment on only having two foils? Rosie carried out a full head hi-light service for you which consists of around 100 individual foil packets of colour distributed all over your head. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations and will use your feedback in a training capacity. Kind regards

Dear Portia, we are surprised, confused and more than a little disappointed with your review. Amy is one of our senior stylists who has been with us for over 15 years, she trained with us from leaving school and has never had a complaint. Not a single one. You had a 50 minute appointment so we are perplexed to know why you felt rushed. Amy is a very thorough hair cutter and checks all the while that it is even and correct, you will know this as Amy has cut and styled your hair previously. If you had telephoned us to say that you were unhappy we would have had an opportunity to invite you in for us to re-check the lengths and make sure that you were satisfied. As far as burning your scalp, we are sorry (as Amy said at the time) if the drier was a little too hot. We can only apologise that you feel let down on this occasion.
