Oh I am so sorry to read this :( I can only apologise and hope that it doesn't happen again. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and have no answers as to why there was hair on your chair. I will use your comments in our training sessions to enforce cleanliness and consistency are absolutely maintained all day everyday and cannot be compromised upon.
