We are obviously very disappointed to read your review but glad that you had a "great experience" with our lovely Mollie and feed back of any nature is constructive and can be learnt from and acted upon. I am sure that Roland did not mean to pressure you into having your hair cut it is just that he and his team pride themselves of giving all our clients the best possible conditioned hair, styles and colours that we can and this can mean having a cut to take off split and/or dry ends to sharpen the style and regain shine. Roland has built his long reputation on delivering the best hair cuts (and knowledge) in the area and although it seems he was a little enthusiastic with you he assures me he only had your best interest at heart and did not mean to offend you in any way.
