Had my first hair cut with Tasha after avoiding hairdressers for about 5 years. So Pleased that I visited Roland Johns after reading the great reviews on line. Love my new hair cut, feels amazing. It maybe a little more expensive than others but you get what you pay for. Definitely could not fault the service, already booked another appointment

Had been given a "cut and blow dry" as a gift from a friend. Do not normally spend a great deal of money on hair make up etc, however had a wonderful experience including head and hand massage as well as a hot towel treatment on hair. Very confident newly qualified stylist called Molly was lovely. A great hair cut professional warm friendly salon and staff.

Although this is a fairly expensive hairdressers, the service, cleanliness and staff make it more than worth it. Also the chance to have a quick beer while you have a cut is all good in my book. The staff are always friendly and very helpful with any questions.

I had colour, foils, Cut, blow dry and straightened, very very pleased with my hair and the service and friendliness of the saloon is very good. Easily top marks, thank you ☺

From the moment I walked in I had wonderful service. Lisa the hairdresser fully listened to me and clearly understood my hair and my lifestyle. The lady who washed myou hair made me feel very pampered. I have severe anxiety of hairdressers from visiting some very bad ones. Roland john have done an amazing job in undoing this. I will definitely be returning.

I always used to dread a hairdresser visit -but not anymore - totally down to the lovely team at this salon and the focus on customer service - they look after you and make you feel relaxed - but also they are professional - my hairdreser Natasha is really good at her job, and listens and offers good advice. All the staff are attentive, look after you and are always willing to help. When my straighteners broke I went in to buy a new set- but they took my broken set and sent them back for repair and lent me some for a week - I was really impressed with their service. Cant recommend enough.

A very lovely place. Has the right atmosphere and decor. Great customer service and all the staff are very polite. Had a brilliant restyle by the wonderful Amy Head. Highly recommend this hairdressers to anyone ☺

Excellence service , very pleased with hair.

Called at the last minute and had an appointment minutes later. Friendly, efficient team with down-to-earth conversation and a relaxed approach. Customers are well looked after from the moment they step inside, with a great selection of drinks and now snacks too. Free wifi always a bonus. Ultimately left with a great new hairstyle, cut to meet the needs of a busy mum. Styled as I wanted it and beautifully finished.

I love this salon; the staff are delightful, friendly and professional. The atmosphere is wonderful and I always leave feeling fabulous. Thanks guys!

Lovely warm greeting. Good discussion prior to start. Very relaxing wash by Molly and then an excellent cut as always by Natasha. My only concern is that the price seems to have gone up again and as a lady on a pension I may not be able to afford it soon!

I have been going to Roland Johns for over 3 years now and each time they never fail me. From the minute you walk in, you have the most wonderful experience. This weekend is my 40th so I have been pampered here for two days running. The croissant is an unexpected treat and the champagne today was the great start to a wonderful day. Most importantly my hair always looks amazing by the time I walk out the door.

I had my hair cut by Feebie who is a trainee under Roland's guidance. I enjoyed the experience and thought they communicated well together to produce a good cut. I was pleased with the haircut and blow dry. They were very hospitable offering me plenty to drink and giving me the opportunity to drink my tea. The salon was warm and beautifully decorated.

Had such a nice time with the lovely staff and Angela the training lady, 2 hours of pampering, love the salon, love the staff, love the menu and most of all... love my hair x

Very pleased with my haircut. Enjoyed the friendly efficient atmosphere.

Roland did wonderful things with my wispy hair and gave it a great shape. I loved the head massage, the excellent tea and the speed with which I was attended to.

I went in for a strengthening treatment, wash, cut and blow-dry today and was treated in their usual friendly and pampering fashion. The atmosphere is lovely. Not too chatty but just right if you want to chat. A nice selection of drinks and a warm environment. I came out feeling a lot better than I went in - and my hair looked lovely too!

Once again an excellent hair cut and blow dry. Relaxing experience made more so with a cup of tea pig tea. Thank you.

Had my usual colour and cut with the lovely Natasha who took time to discuss how my hair had been and adjusted the cut accordingly. Enjoyed a hair treatment with a head massage which was lovely.
The whole salon experience was excellent including the coffee and croissant treat.

All the staff from Roland to the apprentices are friendly and give great service. The experience of all the hairdressers are excellent -and advise you the best hair cut/ treatment for you. You may pay a little more but it's worth it !

I went to Roland John hair studio for foils and didn't know the best colour for me. Harriet advised me on the 2 colours she recommended and it was wonderful.my whole experience in this salon was excellent. The girls couldn't of been more attentive to my needs.i certainly will be booking again with Harriet,and telling my friends.

I had my cut and colour today. Once again loved the whole experience. Felt spoilt and relaxed. Made to feel welcome , staff are amazing and always cheerful. Can't say anymore but first class.

Last week I came in Roland john hair studio , previously I had a relaxing time but this time I felt like I was getting rushed out of the chair and the sections were not clean and had hair on from previous customer.
