Best ever Hair cut! Tash is always super attentive, making sure my very sensitive skin is treated with the correct shampoo and double towel layers to stop itchy excess hair! Everyone is super kind and helpful, would never go anywhere else! The kids see Harriet and love her and the marshmallowy hot chocolates! Thanks to everyone ????

Great treatment, lovely staff and the extras make the experience a bit of pure self indulgence and pampering. The cut is always good and the colouring is exactly what I wanted, well done Amy and Roland of course.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were immediately greeted and our coats taken and we were offered a drink. Even though my daughter was a model she was given a top class experience and left a very satisfied customer.

I found Molly very knowledgeable and professional. The haircut was exactly what I wanted and Molly made sure she understood my needs. The complimentary neck massage was a lovely touch. The salon was warm and attractive.

I have been going to this salon for the past two years. I am delighted that my hair 'has never, looked this good,ever'.
The staff are welcoming and very friendly. They ensure you are happy and comfortable, offering a drinks menu, reading material and iPad usage, as well as ensuring your hair is styled exactly as you want.

Having decided I wanted my hair permed I started a search for a hairdressing salon in my home town of Warminster where I could get it done. Shocked to discover that so many salons did not perm hair!

Finally I found Roland John salon and booked an appointment with Lisa. Now, how many times have you told a hairdresser exactly what you wanted done only to leave the salon some time later having been treated to exactly what she decided you would get. I spoke with Lisa who was very easy to communicate with and said she knew exactly what I wanted!!!!
First the back wash. Very comfortable and no splashes or ears water-logged. Nice!!
Back to Lisa who deftly and quickly wound my hair into learning rods. No going back now!!!
Back to the sink where the perm solution was applied. Now we all know what to expect here? Lotion running down your face, into your ears and eyes and down the back of your neck to soak your clothing. NO!!! No runs, drips or splashes. This was a first! Again

I love going to have my hair done, nothing is too much trouble for all the staff and the welcome is second to none. I am always thrilled with the quality of the cut and colour from Natasha and her enthusiasm for my at times weird hair choices is infectious. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Staff very polite attending to all my needs. Lovely magazines to read and salon warm and clean. There was a power cut whilst my hair was still wet. Staff acted very sensibly and safely, checking the fuses, making sure the customers were alright and offering me a discount as I had to go home with wet hair on a very chilly morning.
I suggest some kind of generator to use to dry hair should this happen again.

I have anxiety, going to the hairdressers has always been very stressful for me but Roland John hair studio has changed things. I look forward to my appointment. Staff are all professional, approachable and kind.
I go knowing that my hair will just how I want it.

I've been going to Roland John for about 35 years. I've never had a bad experience and always have fabulous service. Recently I had a cut and a half head of foils. So pleased with the result. The coffee is great, the music relaxing and I come away feeling special. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

visit salon today ,I have been going to this hairdressers for about 5years ,I had to change hairdresser as Amy went on maternity leave a year ago ,now have another Amy ,who is always happy and helpful ,Hair always looks amazing when I leave the salon and keeps the style until my next visit. I have recommended friends to this salon and don't think they have anyone nearby to rival their salon ,It is an overall experience from the great coffee to the great welcome..

Natalie cut my hair today as Roland was away. This is the first time she has cut my hair in all the years I have been frequentin Roland's Johns. I am very pleased with my visit. For a 100 mile round trip, it was worth it.

At my last appointment Tash cut my hair so well, the best haircut I've ever had in my life! Easy to style and looked and felt great and kept its shape for the full time between cuts. Today I went back for a trim and Tash did it again, love love love it!! Thank you Tash, you are amazers :)

I have been going to Roland Johns now for over 15 years, and I wouldn't change hairdressers for the world.
I love going to get my hair done. Customer service is excellent. I consider it part of my 'hair do' experience. A lovely greeting at the door followed by drinks on supply including hot beverages and alcohol if you want it.
As for my hair? Amazing cut and colour. I expect nothing less from this salon.
Natalie is a fantastic hairdresser. A true professional with great skill and creativity not to mention a great sense of humour!!!!
As for Roland? Great owner and manager but a bit of a Slave driver ???????????? lol thanks guys ????????????
