Really pleased with my haircut and shape today. Done by lovely Faye (under the watchful eye of Roland) ? My hair is quite wavy, she layered it & shaped it nicely at the back. Then straightened it. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Faye & Roland ?

Had a full head today, this is my third visit to RolandJohn and every time I leave a very happy customer!

Lovely salon. Hair always looks healthier and shinier after a visit. Friendly, very clean and great range of drinks, newspapers and magazines.

I went in after growing out my pixie hair style so my hair was over 12” long. Was in need of a good cut and some shape put back into my hair. Booked online and appointment confirmed at a firm price. Products they used were great but was charged an extra £10 - was told the prices online were ‘from’ and not actual. The next day it looks like I just had an ordinary trim.

Always enjoy my visits to the salon . I have especially thick hair and Rosie deals with it beautifully . Always so positive and professional. Her colouring skills are excellent . They also look after me with coffee etc ...

I was a model for trainee Faye this morning and she was fabulous from start to finish. I gave her full control of my new style and she was very chatty and made me feel at ease straight away. She gave me a brilliant cut. I will definitely be back again to see Faye during her training and once she is qualified. Well done Faye.

Such a relaxed and comfortable environment. I felt like the only person in the salon. As someone new to area it felt like such an individual experience. I think there is a reason this salon has been around for 44 years..... All the small touches..... Head massage, hand massage, drinks menu, professional advice, but not scripted. Just all round fabulous experience! See you in a few weeks!
