What a lovely place the young lady that was training to wash hair very gentle made good conversation. Libby was supporting her explain thing to her. They offered me drink many of time. I then have a Ronald cut my hair showing the young lady how and what he was doing . Will be going back to keep up my hair style . Would like to say a big thank you

My first hair appointment with Rosie. Very cheerful and listened to my requests. I also saw Olivia for a blow dry and she waved my hair. Really nice lady and did a great job.

Brilliant cut. All the hairdressers are highly qualified. I’ve been going there years and is the only salon that I haven’t left disappointed. Olive vitro’s staff who consult with you exacyehat you want. Wouldn’t go anywhere else as o just end up going back to Roland John to fix it. Can’t recommend highly enough. 5 ⭐️ For these guys. Best hairdressers I’ve ever been too.

Amazing!! Can not thank Hannah and Roland for my new hair enough!! My hair is really dark and yet they still manage to give me the light blonde that I want. After my roots didn’t take well due to how dark my hair was they got me in the next day to make sure I was happy and had the hair that I wanted!! Great service, such lovely people!!

I’m so disappointed :( I love the salon and my stylist but once again my hair looks totally different in the lighting when home. My roots are still so dark and even my boyfriend picked up on it!!! So sad :(

Very pleased, and a lot of care taken.

I went in with the idea of a complete restyle after a couple of home hair cuts from my husband.
Faye was really friendly and a very confident young lady.
The style I chose was completely out of her wheelhouse BUT she absolutely smashed it!
I was so comfortable through out the whole process (deciding which style was best for my face/personality/maintenance style)
I would most definitely be a hair model for Faye, or any apprentice in this salon.

I came out very pleased with the results

Started going to this salon about 40 years ago. Always a treat to go there! You get pampered and spoilt and a very professional standard of hair care.

I felt like a total inconvenience and the hairdresser didn’t say anything nice about my hair at all, quite the opposite in fact. I left feeling even less confident and more upset with my hair.

My hair was also not cut as I asked. I had no weight taken out or shaping at the front. When I asked for my hair to be shaped around my face I was told that it had been, as if I was stupid. It has not been done and the hairdresser was rushing. Her colleague, I believe the owner, and her where exchanging looks behind my head and organising for her dairy to be shifted and she was clearly doing a rushed job towards the end.

I accept I have curly thick hair, but never have I had a hairdresser be so rude about it. Clearly, she did not know how to cut curly hair and instead of saying that, was rude about it and did a bad job.

Further to this my drinks order was taken 3 times before getting in right. The staff are clearly over committed and under trained in all areas, including making tea.
