I was a model for Olivia today and she did very well under the supervision of Rosie. Very friendly, a bit nervous as she had never cut wavey hair before!

I'm a new client - and absolutely delighted with the whole experience. I chose RJ due to the excellent reviews, and I was not disappointed. The staff were friendly, my appointment time was honoured....and Hannah took time to do a brilliantly professional cut, consulting me throughout. It's not the cheapest salon, but I don't mind paying a bit more for really good quality seevice. I've already booked my next appointment!

My first time here, wow, what a great experience. Came out with my hair cut exactly how I wanted it and coloured to perfection. The staff were very welcoming, I was offered all sorts of beverages and also a glass of wine! Definitely my sort of place.

The whole experience was excellent , as usual. Libby was very professional colouring my hair . She certainly knows her stuff and works with a very confident , quietly spoken air. Roland cuts and styles my hair to the highest standards every time. I love my salon visit every 6 weeks. It’s a very relaxed pampered experience .

Martha coloured Roland cut

The atmosphere in the salon is so warm and friendly. The stylist was great, listened to my wishes and the end result turned out beautiful.

I phoned early as I needed help with my hair colour Roland kindly gave me same day appointment. Colours by Martha which has corrected my home colour and Roland restyled my hair making me feel better. Looking forward to getting some cash back next visit

It was a pleasure to be looked after by all the salon staff, and have the opportunity to have Roland, a very experienced and knowledgeable hair stylist, cut my hair and advise me on how to better care for it. Roland showed a caring and attentive approach to his work, and gave me exactly the style I requested.
Complimentary drinks, and also as a bonus a complimentary treatment was given on this occasion, both of which went beyond the norm in regards to customer care.
I would always recommend Roland John’s salon as he also takes great pleasure in training all of his stylists to a high standard and clearly has a passion for his work.

Having recently moved to the area I needed to find a hairdresser. Roland John Salon.
It was a busy Friday afternoon and 2 stylist were absent but everyone was still very polite and very hard working. The salon is spotless with a lovely atmosphere and spider webs for Halloween.

The “Roland John” experience is like none other. Personal one on one care combined with expertise and hand and head massages, all in a comfortable cozy setting whilst being offered drinks and nibbles from a menu. I am very pleased with my colour and cut! As a new customer I will very much look forward to establishing a relationship with Roland and his salon.
