Me: Menopausal, slightly miserable and needed to cut some negative energy off. Managed to get in within a week of making my decision. Booked online which is easy using the website. Great service. Having curly hair I like to be able to choose between straight or curly and now have a cut that allows me the best of both worlds. Am so pleased.

I have been going to Hazel at Creative hair studio for over 2 years now. I am always seen on time and the final result is always great whether it is a colour or a haircut. Hazel is very skilled and easy going and I feel quite relaxed.

I’m so pleased with my curl-by-curl cut with Kim, it’s exactly what I thought it would be. Kim listened to what I wanted and the and cut my curls taking into account curl pattern and the overall desired shape and length. The whole experience was fuss-free and straightforward. My first day back at work today since the cut and have had lots of compliments - I’ve been told my curls look amazing! Super pleased!!!

I booked an appointment with kim. After my sister jodie said she had been and the said lady was lovely and very welcoming. On arriving at the salon I was made to feel very welcome. I struggle with new people and new places but on this occasion I didn’t feel that way. I will definitely be going back to kim in the future.

I had a really pleasant greeting on my arrival at the studio. My first visit, 2 weeks ago I turned up with an unruly mass on my head. Hazel was brilliant! She was full of advice as I just didn't know quite what to do with it so I went with her suggestion and so pleased I did. I have natural curl and it was cut into a graduated Bob that looks fab left alone also straightened it looks very chic. Since having it done I've played around with it just to get get used to having a shorter style,I've had so many compliment! You have one very happy lady here, thankyou Hazel.

Hazel has cut my hair brilliantly as usual so pleased with the result.

As always an excellent cut and colour by Hazel. Hazel instinctively knows how I like my hair cut and styled and a super shiny blended colour.

I am very impressed by the level care taken to get exactly what I wanted nothing was too much trouble and the salon is spotless would highly recommend.

I asked the hairdresser to take 3inches off the length of my hair. She asked if I wanted the same length all over or layers. I asked for same length all over. When I returned home my husband informed me I had 3 areas of my hair that was still 3 inches longer than the rest of my hair. I paid £33 for a dry hair cut and had to cut the 3 areas the hairdresser missed when I got home. Very disappointed.

Well after being away for two years I was a bit apprehensive but had a lovely welcome, felt like meeting up with lost friends and my style put to rights by Hazel. I had forgotten the head massage which was wonderful, looking forward to my next appointment already!

What a lovely experience! Possibly the most relaxing haircut ever. I nearly fell asleep whilst Hazel was drying my hair. I feel confident that Hazel tapped into the full curl potential of my hair. I left with clear instructions for after care. Very happy.

Absolutely loved meeting Kim. I am 46 with naturally curly, mixed Caribbean hair and have never truly embraced my curls or been shown how to manage them properly. Kim did a curl by curl cut, discussed tips for washing and caring for my hair, none of which I was aware of previously, Kim used only curl products to treat and work with my natural curl. Lovely to be pampered, lovely to spend time with such a professional, knowledgeable lady. I am so pleased with my hair and how I can manage it going forward. I will be back on a regular basis and have now switched to using the products Kim uses.
