First appointment with James today and he was great. Fun and flowing conversation throughout my time in the salon with good explanation regarding what steps were needed to reach my hair goal. It turned out exactly how I wanted it, would highly recommend not only James but the salon itself. Great atmosphere and good attention to detail regarding covid measures.

Greeted by Dom at the door, COVID precautions are impeccable. Temperature check and hand sanitizer on arrival. Dividers and throw away gowns! Gareth was amazing, welcoming and lovely to talk to, made me feel very comfortable. My hair looks and feels lush. I had a wonderful experience - will be returning regularly! Highly recommended.

Dom was fantastic. I felt safe all the time i was in for my cut. She maintained high standards of professionalism throughout.
I went in with a picture of a cut i wanted and we discussed and worked around what she could do within the time.
I LOVE my new cut... its probably better than the picture i went in with.

At the moment folk who are shielded are wary of going to a hair stylist but here they need not worry. The standard of hygiene is excellent and all is done to make clients feel safe. The friendly atmosphere and excellent styling with close attention paid to what suits the individual make coming to Iconic a most pleasurable experience

From the minute I phoned to book I felt welcome, my hair was in a really bad way and broken off due to over bleaching not by this salon, Lauren was fantastic, I told her what I'd like done and she explained to me what I'd be able to have done at the moment with my hair being so bad, she totally transformed my hair, colour, length and was very reassuring as it was such a change, the team were all friendly, extremely hygienic through out, fantastic experience can't wait for my next appointment

I have used Iconic for years and can never fault their service. During the COVID period they have gone above and beyond for their staff and customer welfare. They are honest about colours and always offer sound advice. Lauryn is personable and always does an amazing job. I would never trust another salon with my hair.
