Great greeting. Liz got the brief straight away and after putting at least 90 foils in my hair the result 45 minutes later was perfect. Good cut and very nice tea.

I visited Iconic for the first time today following the 50% off voucher they had advertised through Facebook. I found Rea to be fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and provided me with a lovely colour. All the staff were lovely and provided a friendly, relaxed environment. I will definitely be returning, thank you.

Firstly I have no issues with the quality of work. My issue is with the salon. A second price increase for a gent cut/shampoo in less than 6 months. Increasing by £5 last autumn and another £4 increase last night. No warning until time of payment. £28 for a simple gents haircut does not rate as value for money and am now considering future options for my haircut.

Have been using this Salon for about 10 month now, Jeanelle is a talented hairdresser who listens then performs. Great atmosphere all the staff are friendly, great range of products at good prices. Loyalty scheme now in place with great savings .

All I can say is excellent ....the staff always make you feel so welcome and it’s a great atmosphere....best thing about today, apart from another great haircut was the valentines cupcake and a gorgeous red rose ?....where else would you get that .....

I usually have Gareth colour and cut my hair on each appointment.
But Gareth was unfortunately ill on the day of my appointment, so Carly did my colour for me , at short notice, lovely job done, thank you Carly. and Gareth did my usual fantastic cut the first day he was back.

Iconic is definitely the right name for this salon. The service is second to none and the stylists are excellent. Regular, ongoing training means they are completely up to the minute with the latest trends, techniques and tones! The atmosphere is professional and friendly; I would not go anywhere else! Highly recommended!

My hair is baby fine and not easy to deal with. I have tried several salons since moving to near Pershore. I was a little scared to say least but need not if worried. The stylist cut hair for my daughter & I just as I asked for, so very pleased with finish & cut. Sadly, disappointed with the unexpected hike in cost. When booking online I had an e-mail to confirm the booking & that the price would be £50. On payment I was told nicely that the cost had gone up in the new year. In hindsight I think the salon should have honoured the price listed at the time of booking. And I should have been made aware of the increase for future bookings. As it was a significant increase to the advertised price. It left me leaving the salon a little less satisfied than I anticipated!
