James took time with me on my 1st appointment to understand the cut i wanted! Was so pleased with the cut i booked with him for a colour and once again he was amazing and the colour was just how i wanted! I will never be going to anyone else! You certainly have a great stylist in James!

I didn’t get the result I wanted. I had black hair and I wanted my hair lighter at the ends (caramel) but it is dark brown and doesn’t look any different to how I had it before

Lauren has done my hair just how I wanted it. She's so professional and good at her job. I get a bit claustrophobic and Lauren put me at ease. Tge set up dur to covid is well in place. Thank you iconic.

Rea was thoughtful, kind and professional. She was an excellent host during my first ever visit to a salon instead of my usual barbers. My GF loves the cut and style she created. This will not be my last time to Iconic. 5 stars

I just want to say a big shout out today to jeanelle . Due to my natural highlights ( grey) my colour didn’t take as well as usual, even though jeanelle had clients after me she offered to re apply a different colour which took beautifully

Gareth is always brilliant with my two daughters and chats to them making them feel completely at ease. They enjoy going! Their hair looks amazing and he's always helpful at giving tips for keeping their hair in good condition. The salon is clean with many covid procedures in place.

Throughout the whole process Lisa was friendly and helpful giving her expert opinion whilst still listening to what I wanted. I felt so safe with all the hygiene measures put in place. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable about any of it. I left the salon with the biggest change I've had for a long time, a big smile and a massive confidence boost. Lisa will be my new regular hairdresser if she can stand to have me.

Nervous first cut for a year and moved to a new area so needing new hairdresser ... Lauren was friendly and helped me relax and trust her ... i wasn’t all that clear about what I wanted as I’d never had long hair before but at times quite liked it ..
