Laura was really lovely, a hero still working despite being unwell and having practically no voice. She gave me and my sister both a fantastic manicure with gel polish. Environment was friendly and relaxing, service was great and good value for what we had. We’ll definitely be back :)

Excellent consultant. Holly was amazing as she always is. Atmosphere was marked down due to no staff and no other customers in salon. Very poor that salon only has one member of staff
Hi Jo, thank you for your feedback. We do not usually have one therapist in the salon but due to unforeseen circumstance such as sickness this does very occasionally happen. We do always try to make the salon a quiet and tranquil place so quite often even if all the therapists are busy looking after clients you may not see any of them especially if none of them are having nail treatments. We have taken on board your feedback though and have worked on making it a better atmosphere whilst still maintaining a relaxed environment. We do hope to see you again in the future. Absolutely great service! I had Such a lovely lady dealing with me for my eyebrow wax, she treated my 4yeae old son with such kindness even though he was asking a million and one questions... very professional but very friendly. Even we’re flexible enough for me to change my appointment time! My eyebrows look amazing, will definitely go back.

My eyebrows have always been rubbish so I thought I'd try a tint and shape. Laura did an excellent job. Wax was a perfect temperature and the shaping great. Colour was not too dark either, though Laura gave me the option to go darker. With my ashy hair I decided against it. Thoroughly professional treatment in a lovely salon. I keep coming back....

Lovely relaxing massage for 1/2 hour. Probably the best I've ever had. It was a gift from my son and daughter in law but I will be back. I can certainly recommend it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for atmosphere is because the music was jerky in parts.
