As always I enjoyed my appointment with Neil at the salon.
Neil spent time thinking how to style my hair during our discussion when
I arrived. I have suffered from some hair loss over the years and Neil and the staff have always been very understanding of this and have respected my privacy on the matter at all times. I always enjoy chatting with Neil and there is a cheerful atmosphere in the salon. Staff are very friendly and respectful. Always a nice visit to. Look forward to every few weeks!

usually get my haircuts in gloucester but looks like i’ll be travelling to malvern for them now, loved it

TBH I was in the salon 15 minutes-left it to the hairdresser whether it was wash and cut it or spray and cut. Spray it was quick cut and I was done. I was taken aback when I was told due to not taking a lot off I would be charged same as a gents cut which was £31. Might not sound a lot but my previous full wash, cut, dry has been £36.50 and I haven’t been in there over an hour so I found the cost of this visit very expensive.. furthermore I don’t believe that my hairdresser charges £124 an hour for her services??? Sorry but I will be looking elsewhere in future-it was just too expensive for the time spent and the work done.

Her cutting skills are amazing, I can always style her cut at home, I always get lovely comments about my colours and I always trust her to help me with decisions on a complete change. I have been lost without her and I will always be back if she’ll have me!!

It’s the second time my daughter and I went there to ask Neil to help cut our hair. Neil was so skillful and nice, my daughter and I loved the new haircut. He listened to our needs carefully and delivered just what we wanted. The salon is a comfortable and cozy place to be in.
