As a self-confessed ‘browaphob’ after a poor experience many years ago that’s left me with thin, patchy brows I was absolutely over the moon with my gorgeous brows: I left with fuller, thicker & somehow healthier looking brows, which has also made me look a little younger (hidden benefit!)
I also had my lashers done which are fabulous & Frankie offered me some advice about using a lash conditioner which I’d never even heard of let alone considered using, this wasn’t some backhanded way of selling me product but genuine helpful advice. Lovely results and a great experience with a fabulous therapist.

As a bit of a brow-phobic after a bad experience that has left me with thin, patchy brows I was over the moon to have some nice brows after my appointment with Frankie; further more it was an enjoyable experience with a lovely lady.
I also had my lashes done & they look fabulous. Frankie also offered me some advice about using a lash conditioner which I’d never even heard of let alone considered, no this want her trying to sell me a product, just genuine helpful advice.

New to the area, it was my first time at the Sanctuary, and nine months since my last beauty treatment.
I was greeted warmly by everyone, and Carrie took the time to understand what I was looking for. I am in my 60’s, and it was clear that Carrie understood what I was looking for. Her experience was obvious from the start, and she made many helpful suggestions in response to my beauty ‘issues’.
The setting is also relaxing, overlooking the countryside, and I had a quiet half hour of ‘me time’ in Holloway’s gorgeous cafe enjoying a coffee while I was there.

Wonderful start to the week. Highly recommend this facial treatment. Leaves your skin feeling tingly and fresh. Also great head and neck massage. Been having this monthly treat for about a year now and can see the difference in my skin.

It was my first time at Sanctuary having a treatment. The place is so welcoming, warm and friendly. I came for a wax and brow tint, Kelly was so knowledgable and put me right at ease! Thank you so much, I’ve booked my next treatment already!

I actually was going to book at Superdrug but then thought I’d have a look at Sanctuary, although a couple £ more, it’s easier parking and would cost more in fuel to get to Malvern, so it worked out more cost effective to come to Kelly and the Sanctuary for a beautiful salon experience!

Excellent service as usual - Lauren is so good - she listens to what you say, adds suggestions and I come away with the perfect haircut. The Sanctuary is such a friendly Salon both staff and other clients make you feel welcome

Fab couple of treatments today, first time facial for me, Kelly let me know exactly what was involved in the treatment and made me very relaxed, then onto nails and a little help from Kelly to decide on which colour to go for, topped off with a quick and easy waxing. Great attention to detail and great atmosphere it’s what I have come to expect from The Sanctuary and they never fail to deliver.

Having grown my hair through lockdown and enjoyed having it long for a few years, it was time for a change and a chop. Lauren created a brilliant bob, which I’m delighted with and have received lots of compliments on. The colour she creates for me is also spot on.
