After having my appointment rescheduled 4x I had to have a different stylist do my hair as I fly out to the carribeans in just a couple days! (Bare in mind I booked for it to be done about 3 weeks ago)
I told the stylist I like my natural brunette at the top and the blonde balayage at the ends and mid section of my hair to be nice and clean blonde. I’ve left with no visibility of my natural brunette roots, 2 toners were used to try and hide the fact she had turned the top section of my head orange when I distinctively mentioned I like my natural root colour. The balayage has been applied messily and looks nothing remotely like how I asked. She was a kind woman but I felt like all she wanted to do was go home :( when I’d been waiting for such a long time to get my hair done just to be told I was going to be recieving a one length cut which I mentioned I didn’t think suited me. Upon getting home I’ve now realised One side is way longer than the other :( I’ve had no style put through my hair which I get every time at avante garde. I’ve never received a bad service here up until now, I burst into tears at the end of my appointment because my hair looked worst than how it did when I came in. I go on holiday in just a couple days and it’s completed ruined everything for me. I’ve never been so upset.
I am grateful for the woman that sat me down and offered a semi permentant colour to blend it out for my holiday. But while this was happening the stylist who had done the damage had upped and left without even apologising - clarifying the fact that she didn’t want to be there and was rushing my hair. I’m so upset with my service today and not one to write bad reviews but I’ve never been so upset :(
