I had a wonderful treatment with Lindsey. I booked in for a full head of highlights with a plan to change my brunette hair gradually to blonde. She was so attentive and did more than I imagined in one sitting. My hair turned out so much lighter than expected and felt so healthy too. I can’t wait for my next visit. Zoe has been doing my hair for the last year. She always listens to what I want, and never assumes she knows best just because she’s the hairdresser. Hence I pretty much always get what I ask for. She is a very good hairdresser.

Great result, really pleased with my hair. Had a previous darker colour running through and I wanted to go blonder. Lauren F dedicated a lot of time putting the right amount (lots!) of foils in and the result is a gorgeous blonde colour, just what I wanted. Thanks Lauren!

I came to the salon recently have my hair coloured and my stylists were Charlotte and Morgan. As I was having my hair coloured I was there for a few hours and I can honestly say that it was lovely, the staff are all very welcoming and always making sure you’ve got everything you need. Charlotte did a fantastic job and I love my new hair! Both her and Morgan were very chatty and made you feel relaxed and comfortable. The whole experience was amazing and I will definitely be returning soon to have my hair lightened!

I was well greeted at the salon. I had suggested what I would like and then the hair dresser gave their advice on the right colour for my tone. The finish is great and I’m so happy with it.

Sam took her time to chat about the low lights colours suit my skin tone. Great cut as always from Sam.

I plan to call the store and speak to a manager about my issues but since i just received a text asking me to provide feedback, i will!

It was a terrible experience from start to finish, barely any discussion about my dye or cut. She messed up the blonde highlights by leaving me for ages and then charged me for the toner to correct her mistake! The cut is the real issue, she ignored all my comments about how i like my hair and hacked it to death! Its going to take me ages to regrow my hair and it’ll definitely need another cut quite soon to reshape it. The experience ended with me in costa toilets across the road in tears!

I felt like she was rushing everything and was burning my scalp while drying my hair, i kept whincing and pulling away but she just kept going on autopilot.

Ive been to the warndon villages one before and had a good experience!

Great outcome. So happy with my colour. Lindsey corrected a previous colour and created just what I wanted. So pleased and feel great with my new hair. Outcome shiny and great hair. 5 star service as always, hair looks and feels amazing, it’s never been in such good condition thanks to Zoe recommending Wellaplex a few months ago it really does work. Always a lovely environment in the salon I really look forward to going every 6 weeks to be pampered.
