I really enjoyed my wash and blow dry with Hollie. She was so bubbly and easy to talk to! She did a great job on my hair and would defiantly have it done by her more often

I always love coming here. The salon and the staff are brilliant. I love this treatment which although is a bit of a luxury makes such a difference to my hair it is 100% worth it! Thank you Chris

I had my hair coloured by Ash & cut by Chris. I am very happy with the end result and found it to be a very relaxed & enjoyable environment. I have booked to go back again.

Hair cut was really good! Cut and styled exactly how I asked. Although I was going to be charged for a senior stylist when I had been booked in with a stylist, which was booked in with Amy. I will not be going back again because every time I book an appointment, when I get there it’s some one different.

As always terrific service. Caroline is precise and quick. Amy fixed my colour expertly. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Good haircut from Carolinexas usual, but all the staff bar the one young man who washed my hair seem utterly miserable every time I visit. I don't know what's going on but management must be doing something wrong to have this many unhappy staff. This salon is not cheap either and in my opinion the ambiance and customer experience falls shirt and needs an entire rethink.

Chris was friendly and highly knowledgeable. Listened to what I was after, and I’m really happy with he result.

Had a real treat going to the hairdresser this morning! I had a lovely stylist called Chris who cut my very well! Thank you to Josh who also washed my hair, keep up the good work!

Had a haircut with Steve twice. He is superb. The moment you walk into the saloon somehow he knows what you are looking for. Great haircuts both the times.

Steve and Ash did a fantastic job with the colour and cut. The team took great care of me and the finished result is immaculate! A really positive welcoming atmosphere .. they have become my go to stylist and colourist overnight.

I went into the salon yesterday with long, damaged, bleached hair ... and came out with a shoulder length, conditioned bouncy style. Steve explained exactly what he thought would be best for my hair and recommended some great products, including a delicious rose scented mousse. Very happy and will be returning again

This is the second time Amy has cut my hair and again I was very pleased with the result. She listens to what I want and seems to care about getting it right.

Love my hair. Feel much better after leaving the salon. Did what I asked for.

Amy was really interested in my ideas and took them on board as well as adding her own experience into my look.

I was booked in for t section and ended up with purple/blue tinges in my hair. I told them I wasn’t happy with the outcome and they suggested if I washed my hair a few times the purple/blue tinges would come out.
I told them I was not happy again. I have never left a toni and guy branch in either London, Hereford, Oswestry or Shrewsbury with blue or purple hair. Also I never was told to wash my hair to get the result I clearly paid for.

Chris did colour and gave great advice.

Steve was amazing. There’s nothing he doesn’t know about hair! Complete restyle and I left really happy. All the staff were extremely polite and very friendly. Will definitely be going again and can’t wait! Would highly recommend an excellent service.

I don't go for a haircut often, but I won't be returning soon. The hairdresser huffed and puffed a lot and frequent eye rolls to my questions (genuinely don't know what is good for my hair). I ask for visible layers, but I can't see anything. I politely asked for the blunt finish to be softened, she huffed and trimmed a little to tell me that "you'll never get that out" - previous hairdressers have done so fine without complaining. I don't think the 30min and rushed service was worth £37. I am a really polite customer and yes my hair is shorter, but it was not worth it.

Colour was absolutely amazing . She really took into account my personality and what I wanted. Indy gave a lot of useful information about maintanence and conditioning with after care x

Really pleased with my pre-wedding cut, Caroline really understood what I wanted and got it just right.

I am so rubbish with names so please forgive me! This evening a Brazilian Blow dry at Toni and Guy Worcester. Never had one before and I am totally delighted. Their professionalism, service and knowledge is fantastic here. Up to date attitude and good consultative approach. I am excited to go back already!
