TONI&GUY Worcester

The Toni & Guy salon in Worcester is small but friendly. Caroline listened to me explain what I wanted and interpreted it into a style, the outcome of which was great. She was friendly and quick. Atmosphere was good and it is reasonably priced. Would recommend.

After being invited back my experience was fantastic! Steve was great at explaining what he was doing and why! You can tell he has done this for a very long time and was taught by the best. His customer skills were on point and only expects the best which is how it should be! He has a lot of knowledge and doesn’t tip toe around the things you shouldn’t do to your hair! Probably the best experience I’ve had in a while at a hairdressers. Great job thank you much happier with my haircut! Oh and the hot chocolate is awesome. Thank you guys!

To be honest, every moment from Steve replying to my desperate Facebook message on a Sunday and straight away making me more relaxed, to Indy explaining my options and why she is colour correcting and doing it a certain way and the last minute cut I asked for from Caroline who fixed an awful cut and understood exactly what I wanted. Never had a better experience in a hairdressers, expecially considering I walked in a disaster of colours and bleached broken hair! I felt relaxed and cared for, and in a busy environment that's not easily achievable! I feel like a few hair flicks are in order.

I took my son for a long overdue hair cut today. Both Steve and Hollie were amazing with him. My son has a reluctance to change and loathes having his hair cut! Today my son was transformed into a grown up boy and came out smiling. I can't compliment these guys enough they were brilliant with him and took away the stress battle for myself too. Thank you both, we will most definitely be back!

The person who was going to cut my hair was replaced by the senior stylist I felt what I wanted wasn’t really listened to and once she was drying my hair I felt she was getting tired and thus hurried my hair at the end and left it curly which I specifically said I like it straight. I wasn’t even offered a drink or magazine

After living in the Worcester area since August 2017 and attending various stylist at a different salon, I still wasn't happy with my finished cut. I appreciate that a short pixie style cut can be quite challenging sometimes to get right, especially when the customer is as fussy as me. ? However, my visit to Tony & Guy Worcester was my last ditch attempt to find a hairdresser who listened to what I wanted & cut to a standard i would be happy with. (If tgis didn't work I was going to make a special trip back to South Wales every 6 weeks to my original hairdressers) My first experience at Tony & Guy was with the lovely Indie, who done an absolutely amazing job colouring my hair. Once completed I was then passed into the hands of Caroline for a cut and blow-dry. I told Caroline how I'd fallen in love with one of the stylist cut, Caroline then reassured me it was she who'd worked that magic. Both indie and Caroline's listened to what I wanted, I left the salon 110% happy & totally in love with my hair again. Thanks ladies :) you've also saved me a trip back to Wales every 6weeks for a cut & blow dry.
I couldn't recommend this salon enough, Top class service with top of the stylists. See you both soon :)

Colour Ok however blow dry was a terrible experience. Booked another appointment but decided to cancel it as I am not happy with the service

First cut with Maria today and she couldn't be friendlier or more knowledgeable. As someone with really thick hair that hadn't been cut in a while I was really impressed with the result and she recommended things I could do at home to make it more manageable.
