I've been a customer of Toni and Guy worcester for over 10 years... always made to feel welcome! I have to drive 25 miles to go to the Worcester branch but just makes it feel all the nicer as I have to make a special journey to get there! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had such a great experience in here. Amy did my hair and the colour came out better than I could have hoped. Then a girl called Holly dried and curled my hair and really took the time to do a great job. Was so pleased with the result and the service was brilliant - would definitely recommend to anyone wanting their hair done well!

Completely fulfilled my wishes for a much more edgy style. Have yet to try it out after washing hair for the first time but confident Steve has achieved a cut that will suit my needs.

I had Steve carry out my treatment which was a super blunt cut and I’m so happy with it- he didn’t get scissor happy so I wasn’t walking out with bob and he achieved exactly what I wanted!

Steve has cut my hair for the last two years after years of struggling to find a hairdresser that listened and could actually style my hair!! The service and atmosphere in both of Steve's salons is second to none. His attention to detail is impeccable, I would not have anyone else cut my hair!!

My hair feels super soft and has a lovely sheen!

I have been visiting Toni and Guy since 2003. I believe a good haircut is important to feeling good and have never been disappointed with the excellent service offered particularly by Caroline. I highly recommend Toni and Guy in Worcester.

A 60 mile round trip just so Indy could colour my hair..totally worth it!! Dark brown to light ash/smokey blonde in one sitting. Indy(lovely lady) has been doing my hair for 12 months, really knows her stuff so you can just sit back relax and enjoy...priceless!!!

Having not been since July I thought i’d Give Toni and Guy another go. The salon looked like it was half way through being renovated so didn’t feel like the usual Toni and Guy experience however Amy, who was my stylist was just lovely... she talked me through every step so I felt at ease as I had a bad experience in the past.... she was super quick and very attentive and was just the right amount of chatty! I am not sure I like having to traipse upstairs to the wash baisons but it wasn’t a deal breaker! All in all I was delighted with the end result, great colour, just the right cut and beautifully blow dried! I shall be back.

Unfortunately I was disappointed leaving this Tony and Guy salon yesterday. I've used Tony and Guy for years and I have recently moved to Worcester so thought I'd try it out . Firstly I was not told you to pay over £20 to have you're hair styled after a colour. I was also disappointed to find out the gloss tint was not L'Oréal but Wella. The lady who coloured my hair was very helpful but unfortunately the colour is much darker than I expected. Also there was not much of an atmosphere in the salon which made the experience even more gloomy.

Went for a re-style following birth of baby and period of hairloss and breastfeeding. Feel all new again
Very happy with serice and will be back for another appointment and colour.
