Fabulous cut and style

I couldn’t select the stylist name “Steve” from the drop down menu. So Steve, this is your review! I was a reluctant child when it came to having my haircut and drove my Mother mad with my protests! However since I had my very first appointment with Steve I now drive her mad by asking when is my next appointment. Steve is awesome and is a top guy. It’s not a haircut you get but a designer style that looks great! Thanks Steve! I have to add that everyone is really friendly at Toni & Guy and always make me feel welcome so thanks to you all too!

Came all the way from Birmingham to have my hair done in Worcester. I choose the most expensive stylist as I thought I would gain more customer satisfaction. Unfortunately I was wrong. I hate leaving negative feedback, but the stylist who had done my hair really lacked in communication and customer care. Once she had cut my hair she didn’t ask if I was happy with the cut or if I wanted anything else done. She just trimmed it and did feathers. I wanted some layers at the back and did mention this to her during the consultation. I initially had asked for a blow dry but it came out looking awful and she had amended it by straightening it, my hair wasn’t straightened very well from the roots of my hair. I overall wasn’t happy with my hair and customer care that day. It’s a shame as I traveled from Birmingham to Worcester to have a better experience but I didn’t. I do wish she communicated a little more and made an effort. I previously had her two years ago too and then again communication wasn’t great.

Had colour with Matt, couldn’t select on stylist name list. Fab colour extremely happy with blend. Amazing customer service, felt very comfortable and got exactly what I wanted.

I have been visiting Caroline on and off for many years. Due to personal circumstances I was using a local salon near me for a couple of cuts. Caroline has managed to rectify a recent bad cut, and I am so pleased! She always delivers! I look forward to my next visit!

As always very attentive service by Carline resulting in a style I am very pleased with. Just disappointed that the trainee used a single use cape when washing my hair. In light of the devasting effect of plastic on the environment, I do hope this practice is not in regular use.

A friendly and professional service by Caroline and all staff . An excellent cut for a curly / wavy hair every time. Thank you Caroline, you rock and are clearly an assert for this company . However the Saloon is freezing cold in the winter . The Company should instal heating to maximize a customer experience /satisfaction . Hard working staff deserve to be warm at work - this is a basic human need and clearly an health safety issue that has been ignored as itge environment was equally cold at Tony and Guy’s last winter.

Great experience at the Worcester branch. Steve really listened to what I said and was great in using his experience to suggest a style that worked for me. Very attentive and clearly cares about his work.

Love the cut, but the wash was really disappointing. I just wanted to relax, but the assistant talked me to death! She failed to massage conditioner into my scalp too, so I hinted that I was looking forward to the massage. She did after the conditioner was washed off!
Come on Toni & Guy, if you're going to charge those prices, I expect far better service!

Being asked what I wanted, blonde with blue in my hair. I was told no because it will go khakis green after washes. Blonde with red or pink then. Half my hair is blonde at the root, the other orange where the technician when to talk to a potential customer for 10 minutes. Toner turned part my hair blue, which I asked to keep. After him trying to correct his mistakes, I have more toner put on my hair. After nearly 5 hours, I’ve come out with all over grey/lilac hair. Not what I asked for. I’m so angry!! I just had to get out the shop. I wanted to look good for my friends funeral, instead I look like a old hag. There is a reason I hated hairdressers, they never listen. I’ve paid £144 for his mistakes. Never again going to Toni & Guy.
