Very impressed with the Worcester Tony & Guy. Very pleased with all 4 recent cuts, 2 from Chris and 2 from Steve. I do think the standard of cutting and styling is very high, very precise clipper work, I found they listen to what you want and deliver every time. Friendly people, good coffees, quality products, top marks from me. It's a bit more expensive than some places but you do get what you pay for.

Another great experience at Toni & Guy. Amy was very professional but also friendly. Lovely hair wash with head massage which left me almost asleep. She too the time to sit down and make sure she knew what I wanted and talked me through the hair cut and made sure I was happy. Lovely finish and would highly recommend. Will be back again. With Worcester uni student discount it was really cheap and I won’t go elsewhere because of it!

Really friendly and chatty. Haven't has my hair done in 4 months and don't particularly enjoy getting it cut but very pleased with outcome and overall finish! Also all the products smelt lovely

I had my cut done with Caroline and then a week later my colour done with Ash. Such a lovely experience they knew exactly what I wanted without me having to go into lots of detail and I was really pleased with the outcome. Josh was also really friendly and chatty and seems really eager to do well which is lovely to see. Would 100% recommend the salon to my friends and have had lots of compliments about my hair

Ok haircut but no better than other smaller salons I have been to. I was made to feel very welcome by the other staff and given magazines and a coffee, but my stylist seemed in a big rush and didn't make any conversation at all which made me feel unwelcome and like I couldn't ask any questions or say if I wanted more hair trimmed etc. Which I would expect from any hairdresser.

Amy was perfect. She really made me feel relaxed and did a fantastic job with my hair. She didn’t rush me. It was just the pampering I needed.

came in for my appointment today wanting to go dark away from brash blonde. I had a good chat with Matt my colour technician really knows his stuff an amazing guy who put me at ease and advised me of exactly what i should do to obtain my perfect colour. I trusted his expertise and wow my colour is just amazing totally love it. I came back to Toni and Guy as I love the cut I get off Caroline I trust this lady so much with my hair she is just amazing. see you guys in 6 weeks....

Looked after me ,lovely hair wash.and helped me with seating and height as I have disability and can.t go upstairs into main area.all staff are lovely .friendly and helpful . Steve is my stylist and the Manager and we always have a good chat and catch up and chuckles .I always have great hair cuts & styles and useful advice.well done Worcester T&G

Today, was the first colour I’ve had at the salon with Ash. He advised on colour and kept me entertained for the duration. The result was great!
Caroline worked her magic with the scissors as usual, with my cut always looking great upto 6/7 weeks- that’s brilliant as I’ve only ever been able to go 5 weeks at other salons and have never been entirely happy!
Highly recommended!

My stylist was Chris. Very professional. Excellent consultation before starting my hair cut. Consulting me on every aspect all the way through my styling, explained why he he was using certain products. Wonderful result exactly what I wanted. The other members of staff were so welcoming and friendly. The best compliment is that my husband said wow when he saw me. Definitely recommend and have another appointment well worth paying that little bit extra thank you guys for making me feel important and special, made my day, it's the first time I have returned home happy and uplifted from having my hair cut.

I came into the salon on Saturday and had a toner done, there was a bit of confusion to what I wanted done, but the management gave me my service for free which was a very nice gesture. I think the young lady named 'hollie' who then blow dryed my hair really went above and beyond to make me feel gorgeous and my hair to look and feel amazing. Great job and certainly a great team.

Ashley and the Team at Worcester have been amazing supporting me through an emotional journey to go Silver Grey! Absolute professionals even in the face of adversity! I cannot reccomend this salon highly enough. If you are thinking about a radical change this is the salon for you.

Excellent hair cut as always. My hair is very difficult to cut (I've tried numerous salons and hairdressers over the years) but now stick with Caroline as she is one of the very few people who understands the way my hair needs to be cut. With others I have to blow dry and use straighteners to style it but with Carolines cut I don't as for the first 3 or 4 weeks it falls into place. Highly skilled hairdresser.
