I just called in for a patch test before my appointment. While I was waiting, I noticed all the girls had their hair washed and styled. Also their black clothes were clean and free from chemical and bleach stains. This might seem like a fairly basic requirement but it is not always the case! Things like this create a Very good impression. I’m really looking forward to my first appointment!! We’ll done girls

I love how relaxing the whole experience is. Everything is checked over and you are made to feel important. All of the smallest details are covered. You are in safe hands at this salon. Highly recommend.

I went in today for my complimentary fridge trim.Anita has been the only stylist I’ve found since I’ve moved to Lk a cpl of yrs ago that just got me and cut my hair exactly the way I used to get it Done in Cork .I’m just kicking myself it took me so long to find !!?

I originally booked with Claudia. Joanne rang me and advised Claudia was on sick leave and that she could change me to Anita for an appointment at the same time which was the time that suited me best. I did not realise until I went to the reception desk to pay that there would be a €20 increase cost in my haircut which resulted in me paying €68 instead of €48. This wasn’t communicated to me by Joanne on the phone in advance. I did raise with Joanne at the desk but I was told I would have to pay the €68.

I was very happy with my haircut and service from Anita but disappointed with the increase of cost due to me being asked to change the appointment. It cast a shadow on my visit to the salon today.

Sharon was fantastic. Great consultation beforehand and she transformed my hair with a simple cut and good advice on care at home. Exactly what I needed!

My friends would all know me for being a big fan of Tina Turner and often singing her song "Simply The Best". I could gladly sing it to Anita now after having my hair done with her on Friday. I always say that the proof of a good cut lies in the fact that it still looks class when you have to let it dry naturally instead of blow drying, which often happens me when I'm rushing for work in the mornings. I love the way Anita cuts and styles my hair giving it that extra edge which makes it stand out from the crowd. I waited a long time to meet "The Best".

Another great experience with Vicki. I left the salon feeling amazing and loving my hair. Also treated myself to a G Massage by the lovely Kim which was so relaxing I fell asleep. Roll on my next appointment!!!

Keira was very helpful , however, the young girl at reception when I was paying was extremely unresponsive when I stressed that I wanted to be sure that Keira would get the tip I included in my card payment. I said it 3 times, and got no response.

I really enjoyed the whole process of getting my hair done today. I was a little nervous that my hair wouldn’t turn out as I would like but that quickly disappeared. I was in great hands with Irene from start to finish. She explained everything she was doing and I was so relaxed. All the staff treat you so lovely and tend to your every need. Definitely a top class salon and I will be back.

What an amazing experience, this salon is a real treat. Everyone was so welcoming the owner even stopped by to say hello as it was my first time visiting. All the beautiful surroundings and heavenly chair beds at the sinks aside Vicky did a beautiful job on my restyle, such professionalism and the cost was no more than other salons. I'll definitely be back again...it's like a spa visit with gorgeous hair at the end. Thanks so much

Kayla's first time getting a cut and style, and it truly was a VIP treatment from start to finish! her stylist was Bronagh who was lovely and gave kayla great tips on how to look after and care for her hair.
The hot chocolate with marshmallow and latte went down a treat.

I had a lively experience today. Kiera was absolutely excellent she explained everything & gave good advice.

As usual I had a great experience with Anita today. I was treated in a most professional manner, given hair care advice, and left with my hair styled exactly as I like it. Would never think of going elsewhere as I have a great rapport with Anita who is always so friendly and caring.

Had a great consult. P G was really interested in how I felt about my hair and what my expectations were. He was totally focused. Had a terrific wash/ scalp massage and started the restyling process. A nice ambiance in the salon.
