My first visit to Patrick Gildeas and definitely won’t be my last. The teams attention to detail and genuine customer care was fantastic. Claudia done an amazing job with my hair. Today was my first appointment with Elaine and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions for what would suit. I was also really impressed with the time she gave to the apprentice watching her, explaining how & why she was doing things and answering all her questions.

Kiera is like ronseal paint she does exactly what it says on the tin, she did an amazing job on my hair absolutely delighted with result

Everyone was lovely. I had my last haircut 6 months ago so my hair was much longer than usual. I had a photo on my phone with the haircut I wanted, I showed it to the stylist but she misunderstood me completely, cut my hair on one side long and the other short… I had to tell her to cut it shorter about 5/6 times. It took 1.5 hours to get my haircut.
I am not a big fan of stylists leaving for 10/15 min for other appointments while clients sitting waiting for them to come back. Last December it took me 2 hours to get wash and haircut.

So happy with my restyle and colour. Great cut and Anita was so helpful. Amazing professional experience as always.

This was my first visit to Patrick Gildea since the first lockdown as I live in Mayo. It was a birthday present from my daughter Claire (also your client). I felt safe as soon as I went in, after hand sanitizer I was given a bag to place all my belongings into & brought to my station where I met Siobhan. Siobhan talked me through my hair needs & wishes & absolutely, between herself and Elaine the colourist that day, made them all come true. I have residual pain from an old neck injury & was put in a very comfortable position for hair washing & the head massage was dreamy! I went out floating on air & have had nothing but compliments since. It was an amazing appointment & I was made to feel very COVID Safe while there. Thank you to my Claire for giving me such a wonderful birthday gift & to Gildea’s for making me look years younger!

I was so nervous about cutting my hair a certain way but Anita was just so helpful and really made me feel heard and cut my hair perfectly. She made me feel great and I couldn’t recommend the whole experience more!!

Delighted to be back in Elaine's safe hands today again after 6 months!!! She is amazing at her job & I'm at the stage where I'll agree to almost any colour/cut suggestion she makes, as she knows my hair and "my" likes & dislikes so well.
As for the salon itself, it is superbly set up for social distancing and the space between each client, makes the visit feel so much more private. And there was an air of peacefulness and tranquility during my visit, as there was less people in the salon.
Looking forward to my next appointment already x x

Absolutely fantastic service from the minute I walked in the door. I was made to feel so welcome and everyone was lovely. Jordan was very knowledgable and attentive as was Britney. The little gift bag was an added and appreciated bonus to an already wonderful service.

After a long time due to Covid the beautiful salon is now open. Vicky performed a superb cut and style which I am absolutely pleased with. Next appointment booked :)

Enjoyable experience from start to finish, Sharon took great care of me and so did other members of the team which I encountered along the way. My hair was transformed which was no easy feat!! Like most people my hair had been deprived over the past 5 months so I decided to try somewhere new for a cut/restyle, everyone at Patrick Gildea’s was so welcoming from the receptionist to Jordan who did my hair, she showed me different styles and advised on the type of cut that would suit my face and advised on haircare, I’m really delighted with how it turned out and I’ll be back, was given a good bag with mini products too ?❤️
