The best salon experience I have had. It is obvious that so much training and time is invested. It was my first time in this particular PG salon, so I was given a tour so I knew the salon layout. I was introduced to the beauty side of the salon, the quiet room and shown how social distancing was maintained.
From Brona washing my hair, asking what pressure i would like and doing so!(amazing wash and head massage, thank you!),
Vicky cutting my hair, thee best stylist I have ever had. To the person who dried and straightened my hair. All professionals!
The consultation and explanation of what was going to happen to my hair was so good!! I felt that they wanted the best for my hair and made sure I was well informed about products and what they were going to do. Each person who treated me or met me on my visit wanted me to have the best experience.
This wasn't just a cut and blowdry, it was an fabulous experience in a beautiful salon!!

My hairdresser was fantastic and did exactly what I asked and most important she didn't rush it altho I was late for my appointment, she held a conversation with me which was genuine, she didn't come across like it was forced . I was very nervous about coming but Anita was fantastic. All safety measures in place and I felt safe. One wee tip would be to try and get ventilation improved with open windows.
