I visited Patrick’s salon 10 days ago as a new client.
The positives :-
I was met by the very attentive junior staff , who conducted a tour of the salon which is beautiful.
The sinks are very comfortable and and the refreshments plentiful .
My stylist conducted a through consultation and as a new client I also benefited from Patrick’s input.
A plan of my visit was settled on and I was looking forward to the transformation.
The Negatives :-
My colouring did not go according to plan which resulting in me having a orange streak down the front of my hair :( , what followed was a lengthy process to rectify it , which resulted in my hair being dyed n re dyed , the lengthy time extension clearly had a knock on effect to my stylists other clients and although she remained very professional and calm on the surface it was clear that there was some swan like panic in the salon .
I was due to go out in the evening which I had made them aware of but sadly after six hours in the salon I never got home until 9pm .
stylist asked if she could take some pictures at the end of the appointment as Patrick would like to see the result ( he had long since left the salon ).
I am very happy with my cut and although the colour is fine at the moment my concern is that after a few more washes my orange streak maybe back!!!
Most upsetting of all was the fact that none of the inconvenience caused to me was recognised at the till and 100% of the bill was requested and settled.
This is not a cheap salon and I have no problem paying for A* service but this is not what I received on this occasion .
