I had a complete color change today, i was very nervous as i have been 12 years with the same color. From the moment i stepped inside the door both Ciara and Stephanie made me so comfortable and helped me feel at ease. Stephanie worked wonders on my hair and i am thrilled with the outcome. A salon full of lovely stylists. I really enjoyed my time in there today.

I went into Salon was greeted so down to earth I wasn't at a hairdresser in a few years felt very deflated that I didn't give myself a bit of a treat for a long long time as I was to busy with other needs for others ,so I booked 2 hours to myself was feeling a bit guilty why I don't know so how as ever in I go was brought through the colours again just to be sure stylist was fantastic so lovely and easy to talk to fell asleep through the washing progress lovely message colour all done I was so delighted and excited to see my natural colours back exactly to what it was as with pandemic I used a box colour ouch it turned out ok but it left a lot of brassieness in my hair I was so amazed all my greys and all are gone my hair is so soft and shiney I feel amazing now,and to my amazement the price wasn't anything to what I thought it would be so happy days I'm feeling 10 years younger I'll be giving myself another TLC in a few weeks as I'll only need a top up bought the shampoo conditioner and treatment mask,I think us women need a little time for us as we do deserve it and so lucky to have great stylists to do it for us and treat us like we're worth it ,thank you so much To the Loyds Team 10 out of 10 thank you for reminding me how to feel good again ????

Called in for an upstyle for a wedding! Stefano was absolutely brilliant! He was very perceptive! He chatted but could read that this was my therapy and worked away quietly- I was so appreciative!

Mark is always a pleasure, he did a lovely hot oil treatment on my hair and it looks great, shiny and fuller. The cut is perfect and I know it will be easily maintainable for me until our next appointment.

Lovely salon, all the staff are very nice and helpful…My stylist Lydia is so kind, professional and knows exactly what way I like my hair styled, always feel great coming out of the salon and get so many compliments!!?

Friendly staff and hair cut was lovely but just to experience for me

I have been a Lloyds customer for many years and I always enjoy my salon experience. Siobhán is my stylist and her skills are exceptional, both cutting and colouring and her attention to detail is second to none. I always have complete confidence that my hair will turn out just the way I want it. Chiara at reception is always smiling and welcoming and all staff have a good knowledge of products and offer excellent advice.

Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with so lovely, polite and professional and I’m delighted with my hair. I’m not a regular client but I most certainly will be after the service today. looking forward going back to the salon. The lady on reception was lovely too and all the staff seemed very nice and welcoming.

Once again Heather has done an amazing job on my hair. When for a change in colour as felt the old shade was just gone too dead. Absolutely love the new colour and then she also gave me a great cut. Love the way my hair turned out. ?

Excellent professional service as always. Siobhan’s advice regarding the colour and conditioning treatment was excellent and I am completely delighted with the finished result. The leave in conditioner K18 that she recommended really made a difference to the condition and texture of my hair.

Didn't know what I wanted the stylist cut my hair but then cut it again as I wanted more taken off she had patience of Saint and a lovely manner it didn't seen to phase her that early in morning had a 8 o'clock app

From the moment I entered the salon my stylist Mark greeted me which me feel valued. I couldnt believe it was me when he had finished. It lifted my spirits and I felt like I was walking on air. He did the wash, cut & colour, he was my stylist from the start to the very finish. I am so very happy with the result. While walking through the town I was complimented by everyone that I met. When asked where I got my hair cut, I told them Thomas Lloyd's. I would highly recommend this studio to everybody.

Roz always make the most of my fine hair. Her cut lasts for weeks and although I am an oap the style never looks dated. There has always been a pleasant atmosphere in the salon
