The staff in Lloyd's are lovely, from the warm welcome from Ciara when arriving, to the team of stylists. I am so so happy with how my hair turned out today. Stephanie was so lovely & spent time chatting with me to find out exactly what look I wanted. It was a long appointment in order to correct the previous colour, but it was SO worth it. The colour is beautiful

I have very curly hair. I spoke with my stylist Roz about what I wanted, layers to give my hair some body without taking too much off because curly hair can take forever to grow. Roz cut my hair perfectly, and now a few weeks later the style is still fantastic as it's growing. Great staff, great experience, well recommended.

I’m not sure if I got the stylist’s name right. She had long blonde hair. She was very knowledgable and friendly. She listened to my concerns and suggested solutions. This is by far the best salon I’ve ever visited

I’ve been to many hairdressers, but Lydia is the only stylist I’d recommend. I’m so happy with her work and I love my hair when she styles it. 100% professional. Also, the receptionist who works there, I’m sure of her name, she’s so lovely and friendly.

Very Nervous of having my hair cut due to disasters in the last few years & aging hair. I prefer going my dentist & had been putting off a hair cut. Had very curly hair previously which I now realise was the dream but has altered in last 5 years. Siobhán was recommended & I’m very grateful she was. She took time & I felt she really listened & I was able to relax & trust her. Came away very happy & feel confident that all is not lost! Thank you Siobhán.
