salonspy awards can not be entered, we don?t rely on votes and the calibre of your creative work is irrelevant. We are laser focussed on identifying those salons who receive the BEST verified reviews throughout the year.
Result, cleanliness, atmosphere, service & value are all categories that we analyse and our awards are sent to the salons who offer exceptional appointments across the board.
Businesses are judged as a whole. The whole team contribute to this score. This is awarded with a Salon Certificate of Excellence.
However if your salon qualifies, we also look at your team. Which team member received a mix of the most & best reviews, this creates a level playing field for all team members. Once identified, we send a certificate to the Highest Rated Team Member.
Along with a door/window sticker, social media assets & pre-written press release, a certificate pack is posted to each winning salon.
The response we get annually is exceptional, the engagement from salons and teams across the country is fantastic, it?s so rewarding to see the salons and teams displaying their certificates, stickers and personalise plaques with such pride.
